I think I'm going to do a flat bread. I've got a lot of veggies to use up.
Hi sweet cheeks
This may sound lame-ish... but what about a sort of home made red-bean (pureed) dish with lots of finely chopped vegies (onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeno, blah blah or whatever ya have), brie on top. Warm the whole thing up so the beans are warm and the cheese is nice and gooey.
Bake your flat bread to crisp it up...
Could even put the finished bean dip over shredded lettuce. I guess that's what I'd do. OH! and guacamole as garnish -- double checked my spelling to make sure I didn't type garish. Because we both know I'm no Sinny.

niiiice -- hey, I made sure the beans and brie went together in other peoples recipes. But, well -- yep, I wouldn't eat what I make more than once.
