Dinner tonight will be...

Something with Brie, I guess. I feel like I've exhausted all the ideas I have for the time being so I have a circle of Brie.

What the heck should I do with it? I'd rather not bake it, that's pretty tame.

This may sound lame-ish... but what about a sort of home made red-bean (pureed) dish with lots of finely chopped vegies (onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeno, blah blah or whatever ya have), brie on top. Warm the whole thing up so the beans are warm and the cheese is nice and gooey.

Bake your flat bread to crisp it up...

Could even put the finished bean dip over shredded lettuce. I guess that's what I'd do. OH! and guacamole as garnish -- double checked my spelling to make sure I didn't type garish. Because we both know I'm no Sinny.
