Well good for you for dreaming big my dear!

As you already know, lots of lube will be important. The big thing is to relax. You say you have some prior experience with toys.

Perhpas you could start with something smaller. Get accustomed to the smaller size. Learn to get relaxed and stretched. Them transition to one in between sizes before you jump straight to the monster.

It will also help if you can position yourself up on your knees and sit back down on it. This might be a bit of a problem for the model you have. But it will allow you to use your weight to help with the inseretion instead of tensing up to force it in.

You are exactly right on a lot of points. 2" diameter is fairly easy for many women to accommodate (though comfort will of course vary from individual to individual - some will like it and some won't!). Length, however, is less negotiable. You either stretch that far, or you don't. Fisting is easier than depth play because it involves a different kind of stretching.

Length is something I definitely don't recommend forcing. Take as much as you can, and then stop. It's too easy to injure yourself this way.
