My computer can't find my digital camera..

I see it.. *points to the left of the computer* see.. tis there.

My computer can recognize the webcam.. it works fine... but when I try to download the pictures on the camera it says it can't find it..

Yes, it's plugged into the USB thing.. and the USB thing is plugged into the computer USP port..

I reinstalled the driver.. i uninstalled it.. installed it again..

That's okay... my computer can't find my printer, and I think the lamp to my scanner needs to be replaced.

freaky i have this problem alote with my camera and my sannner. if i use the sanner the camera is lost use the camera scanner is lost.
go unplug all usb's in the back of the comp plug them back in. now unplut the cord from the digicam plug it back in then turn it on.
this should fix it does with me.

Fly.. I did all of that.. and it didn't work

so I went to the webpage and downloaded an updated driver.. the download was incomplete.. at the website itself

(why am I thinking I bought a piece of shit web/digi cam?)

anyway.. i did a complete uninstall.. I unplugged all USP ports.. reinstalled following the instructions..

still not there.. so i cussed at it.. threw it across the room.. replugged it in.. and guess what


The fucking thing works now!

Hiya FG:

Same stuff here - webcam and scanner both! I can't use either while online for some reason. I know it's not RAM because I have 256k. It's not processor speed because this one is 500mgz. The programs have been reloaded but nothing helps except - rebooting!

The cam program tells me it is in use by another device or not connected properly.

Another computer I built after this one has less ram (128k) and everything works great. I don't understand it either!
