Are you getting any of this rain? I'm glad the temp is 47 or we'd be snowed in.

Good morning {{{{DGO}}}}} Not yet. We are actually getting a touch of sun every once in awhile and then the clouds return. I'm sure we will have lots later and then of course tomorrow when I need to unload and use my scooter. Oh well I won't melt. Hope the stuff gets out of your area quickly hun.

It's supposed to rain everyday until Sunday except tomorrow. It started Sunday evening. I hope you get good weather tomorrow.

Thank you for your good wishes regarding tomorrow's weather here. Hope it is nice and sunny for you tomorrow and you can get all of your errands taken care of and even enjoy a walk.

Did you know...

... that today is the birthday of the Pop Tart? Pop Tarts, a sugary filling sealed inside two layers of rectangular, thin pastry crust, was introduced in 1965. Pop Tarts advertised its new product by an animated toaster named Milton and could not keep the shelves stocked because it became so popular.

I didn't know. But, I remember when Pop Tarts arrived on the scene. We certainly didn't think they were the junk food they obviously are.

They were delicious then. Do you think the recipe was different or was it the newness of it all?
