I didn't know that, DGO.

Some change is good, I suppose. I'm not a photographer so I don't know if the change from film to digital is a good thing.

I often think of the changes my grandmother (born in 1906 and died in 2000) witnessed. When born, airflight and automobiles were fairly new ideas. When she died, space shuttles were blasting off and the internet was alive and well!

What will it be like when we're 94?

It is definitely going to be something. I do remember the days before cell phones. Now, how could we survive without the most basic one?

Who knows. The one thing I'm pissed about is that Weekly Reader said we'd have individual flight packs by 2000 and we don't. It's hard to imagine things that don't exist today existing by the time we're 94.

My great-grandmother was born in the 1880s and died in 1973. The world changed drastically in her life.

Yes the world did change so much in her lifetime.

Now, let's think back to how much it has changed just in the years between 1973 and today. For example, how many of us had our own personal computer and had even heard of the "internet?"

Good Morning Ladies and Gents and Sase!!!:D

*looks for toast, finds none:( slept too late I guess*

Have a great day all!!

Good morning Husker ~ Hope you finally found some toast hon. Have a terrific one today.

I just ran into a neighbor and her dog. She said she wasn't going out again, the dog would just have to do his business on newspaper!

Definitely don't want to risk falling. Please take care if you go out too.
