I am kayte. Hope you are as well. How have you been?:rose:

Pretty well, thank you. As long as I stay inside. Even though the sun is out it is still nasty cold in my neck of the woods.

How nice is the weather out west where you are?

Ah, Retirement. It's a tough gig, but somebody has to do it. ;)

It seems that the day goes by so quickly. When I plan to do something, the next thing I know, it's bedtime.

Some parts of retirement I love. I miss working but I don't miss having to get up in the winter and go. Every time I think about returning to work, the weather turns nasty and I smile and roll over.

It can turn into a full time job, at least according to my parents. They say they don't know how they managed to have their jobs and 4 kids all at the same time. They are so busy now that they are retired.

Actually, this week has been very nice. Sunny and in the 50's. Spent a beautiful weekend on the coast. Sunny and gorgeous. It'll get your way soon. :rose::rose:

Especially this winter. It is just so downright nasty and it doesn't quit. To just be able to roll over and then once up watch the yard service take care of all of the plowing and shoveling and to not have to drive in the mess. :D

Sounds like perfect weather to me.

Gee, weather like that should get here by the end of April.

Hehehe. I know what you mean. I don't miss work at all. I have plenty to keep me busy. Never had to keep a calendar until I retired. Go figure.

Oh, I know. I used to live in Winterland. Eastern Oregon high desert. We had three seasons. July, August and Winter.

We have two, snow plows and construction cones. ;)

This year is so challenging many municiplities are out of salt for the roads, and it is barely the end of February.

I know how that goes too. Sometimes we would say we had two, Brown and White.
