I am sure it could not have been worse then chemo. I must say the crappy feeling has now kicked in with me. Did not get much sleep last night either.

How are you? I didn’t sleep well, but I’ll be okay. I’ll try to get some sleep in a few.

The best thing (or one of them) about being retired is that you can sleep when you're sleepy!

I hope that helps. I take Tylenol for my arthritis. It doesn't completely kill the pain, but it makes it tolerable.
