Floyd was dying well before his scuffle with police. I also never condoned Chauvin’s use of excessive force but because of underlying circumstances it didn’t warrant a murder charge.

There was a case that BB brought up, about a white guy who died back in 2016 from basically the same thing, except he wasn't a drug addict, yet he died too. Fuck you are so stuck on stupid, no one should die because they were accused of passing a counterfit bill.........

We're all dying ican't,from the second we're born,we are heading to death. But George Floyd was not dying that day, he would have made it home, and most assuridly would have had many more days on this planet, if he had not crossed paths with Derek Chauvin.

At the beginning what the media put out was damning. I should know better than take the media at face value. Now, over time, more evidence is available. I believe Chauvin should win on appeal to retry the case. I never said Chauvin wasn’t culpable of a crime but murder wasn’t the right crime. Also the judge overplayed his hand by going above sentencing guidelines. IMHO

“Independent experts have previously told the AP that underlying medical problems and drug use revealed in the autopsy report don’t change the conclusion that Floyd’s death was a homicide, explaining that these conditions simply made it more likely that he would not fare well under stress.

They have also noted that the fact that no major bruising or damage to the muscles, cartilage or bones in the neck was found — as indicated under the phrase “no life-threatening injuries identified” in the autopsy — does not mean that asphyxia did not occur. Only that there are no signs of it on the body.”

No one is contradicting the fact that a homicide took place. There appears to be enough contradictions from the trial to maybe support a retrial. Appeal a murder conviction to manslaughter.
