Chauvin pleaded guilty to Federal charges of violating civil rights. He also pleaded guilty to felony tax evasion.

He's in prison because he took a plea deal to avoid a life sentence. What he did is on video for all to see. A court filing is not an acquittal it's defense bollocks.

WE SAW IT ON VIDEO. Floyd was alive and asking for medical help. Not only was this help actively denied, but Chauvin held him down until he died. Perjured testimony about department policies is irrelevant. As is the missing evidence.

The Coroner's report was part of the evidence the jury considered and gave due weight to in forming their verdict. Floyd MIGHT have OD'd but Chauvin's acts GUARANTEED it. One is a possibility, the other is manslaughter.
