Democrats, your new Miss America/USA

Go Daddy...

No wonder someone here LOVES her even though she's a bit mature for his tastes.

Yep, it's absolutely awful when people trust their elected officials:

Wednesday, September 3, 2003:

TUCKER CARLSON: A lot of entertainers have come out against the war in Iraq. Have you?

BRITNEY SPEARS: Honestly, I think we should just trust our president in every decision that he makes and we should just support that, you know, and be faithful in what happens.

TUCKER CARLSON: Do you trust this president?

BRITNEY SPEARS: Yes, I do.

What the hell was he thinking?

He ought to have been disqualified for a move like that.

There is the whole "trading paint" part of it. Sometimes you just have to make you move and let the followers react. Sometimes it seems almost planned out, taking a driver (and car) out of the race.

Reminds me of Denver rush hour.

That wasn't "trading paint..." — that was blowin' it. There was no move, there. It was almost like he had a stroke and let go of the wheel or something.

He took himself out of the race.

She just happened to be collateral damage from his brain-fade.

Or Detroit rush hour. Nah, come to think of it, a Detroit driver probably would have been about to avoid that. ;)

Isn't that basically their job description according to the US Constitution?

No, I see "to form a more perfect Union", "establish justice", "domestic tranquility", "providing for the common defence", "promote the general Welfare (that line does not include the word 'state' btw)", and "secure the Blessings of Liberty"...
But nothing about the gov't making good decisions for Americans.

So, the constitution isn't meant to protect individuals, but only the states, military, and borders?

It sounds like you're promoting a police state.

Those are simply reasons listed in the Constitution's preamble as reasons for its establishment.

The Constitution itself is the law. You should read it someday.

So no desicions ever need to be made in order to do the aforementoned?
