“We’re on a track — a losing track,” Faiz Shakir, a senior adviser to Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, said of the Democrats.

Brandon and his people don't understand how to lead.

For instance; let's say you have a crowd of kids and you ask them "who wants ice cream?"

Inevitably, if there are enough kids in the crowd, one of them will not want any. Brandon and his handlers think that because of that 1 kid, no one else should have any ice cream either rather than understanding that there will always be that 1 kid and catering to him at the expense of everyone else doesn't work to gain popularity.

Popular = having more people LIKE you than NOT liking you. Right now Brandon is trying to please the minority of likers and wondering why the majority aren't going along with his, and his flunkies', ideas.

He is definitely unable to lead senior staff. He complains about them failing to execute and he complains about them undermining his public comments, yet it keeps happening. None of the people who have walked back his statements on inflation, Russia, or China have been fired and the ship keeps slowly sinking.

Leadership means being at the front of the parade. Brandon apparently believes that dragging someone by the hand to where they don't want to go is "leading." It's the difference between being a mama duck and a harridan.

What's interesting is the fact that it's the Dems, once again, who are going all in on the coffle line and no one is noticing.
