deleted stories

i am in the middle of reading "The Pool House" - one of a very popular writer's stories - and it and all his work - including "Dunn In" and all other of his work - has been deleted. i keep getting a "Page Gone Error 410". does anyone know what happened? HELP. Its a great story!!!

The author appears to have requested deletion — and fairly recently, as the most recently cached member page was on Feb. 22.

no - his member page is delisted as well. Can't someone at Literotica send him a note letting him know a reader was in the middle of one of stories - which is a great, 5 star story - and see if he'll reconsider?

Deleting your account isn't a trivial thing. You have to contact management and request it. There's no way to do so yourself.

If someone removed their account, they have a damn good reason for doing so, and aren't likely to change their mind. With the account removed, management no longer has any means to contact this person. The database has been wiped clean of them.
