I saw that you can edit your posts, but is there a way to delete a post you've written?

Nope, you can't delete a post. All you can do is to delete what you had written and replace it with five characters. (.....)

There is an ignore feature that allows you to put someone on the list and you don't see anything they post unless someone else quotes them. Click on the profile of the ones you want to ignore and then click on add to ignore. Check the box next their name and hit enter.
