I grew up liberal in a mostly white southern conservative family, I will always remember Dad ranting at child me about how affirmative action hurt his job prospects, meanwhile my grandparents are all moderate and dedicated equal opportunity people and so are my mother and stepfather... today crazy conservatives are ranting about woke people like me. I am the product of my environment and my nature. Deal with it, I tell the more conservative members of my family. I like deep thinkers, hot multitalented women regardless of race or religion, I favor building tolerance where needed and try to avoid extremes, open sexuality can be a bonus as much as purity, yes celebrities exemplify my tastes for adult fanfiction, but I'm open to dating real women I can actually meet of similar quality. You may not understand it, anti-woke people, but I'm my Avatar, you have to deal with it! And thanks for ghosting me, Dad.

Edit- One modification I will make. When casting my dad in the personal movie of my life I always pick Kevin Spacey as an actor. If I can forgive the actor for his trespasses, I can forgive the character also. So if my dad ever wants to end our disconnected relationship, all he has to do is reach out. Till then I’m happy to be a ghost in his life.

Per the official dictionary definition I have seen of “woke” it means “aware of racial issues and interested in addressing them”. That is a positive definition to me. Not a negative one. I also think that a certain toxic suppressive politician and his allies are trying to redefine “woke” in another way. That is the obstacle, not the definition. Yes, I know the obstacle in the way can become the way. But that will not happen with me, at least not here. I hope that will be understood. Now, excuse me while I throw up in the politician’s general direction again.

In a way I feel sorry for it. But, and this is something it can not understand or respect, in this country as in any free country, it has a right to its point of view and can state it without censorship. But you see it make a statement, that will be as stupid as his last one, and blame freedom of speech as a crime and says its Trump's fault. (Even when it is being ugly and stupid and criminal, we still can make fun of it)

All levels are the same for everyone. No one is excluded but many still feel that they are.
 
Kofcli, the use of "communists" or "fascist" is used for anyone who wishes to destroy the interest and rights of others. (it's not an insult, but a fact of political history) Every time a communists comes on here they use the Hillary "deplorable" word or call Americans, regardless of what political party or belief "a Trump" if they are not "slaves" to the party line.

I have gay friends and their sex life is theirs and I have no right to force them to do different (like in the majority of Communists states, some, where it is a death sentence). I don't force my "sex life" on them and I don't want them to do it to me. If they have a "pride day" then I should have a "straight day" and bi's should have a "bi day."

As far as children, no real "grown up" would ever want the sex crimes and terrible operations to be used on young children. They have a right to grow up and when of age to make their own decisions. A school is a place of education, math, reading, science, etc. not a place for forced x rated brain washing.

If these wokes truly believe in what they say then why don't they all get themselves "fixed"? Most of those so call "women in mind" are males still with their balls. If they want to be women, then the sport they want to be a part of has the right to chop them off in public. And to make sure their male physical features, strength, etc. has to be altered to be fair in the competition.
