I have been given a dare by a friend and I love dares: they challenge me and also give me an opportunity to do something I really want to do and then be able to justify it to myself.

I have only given oral sex once in my life - last year: so that I could write about it accurately for a story I was doing. It was simply research.

Mmm... yeah. I had a guy say that to me a few years ago; IMO his ego was a wee bit overinflated.

Anyway...

There's an entire thread already dedicated to oral sex; I believe the last page or two has a link to an article on how to deep throat, etc.
 
Depends on if his penis curves and which way. If it curves up, I'd try the 69 position, if it's down then be between his legs. Far as I know it's just allowing the curvature to slide/glide down your throat. Hopefully he's not to wide, or your teeth may be an issue :)

Sometimes if you can't get it any other way, have him stand and be on your knees. That way even if he's forcing the gag response, you can work with it and adjust for it... for as long as you're comfortable with it ;)

The *only* reason I remember is he kept going on and on and ON about how no one had ever been able to do that (before) because he was so huge, and I was rather confused by his reaction, because it just didn't seem like nearly as impossible a task as he was claiming it to be...

I have the best luck when I lie on my back on the bed with my head hanging off and have the guy stand next to the bed. :)

I did actually read the first couple of pages of the *oral servitude* thread but it seemed to me to be full of smart alec replies and pics {some that were very interesting though.}
I'm actually not going to have any trouble getting him off: I just need to know how to get him down there. I thought I might try icecream and see if that numbs the throat and stops the gag response. I'll keep serching and see what I can come up with.

Oh good lord no. I happen to adore giving oral, and chose to do so because I wanted to- not because he was being a braggart. Afterwards he kept going on about how he'd never had ___ done before, and I distinctly remember thinking "Honey you really aren't all that enormous. Technique and positioning is everything..."

There is an article on the last few pages of the "Oral Servitude" thread that is all about oral sex, it does have a section on deep throating.

I've heard relaxation (difficult I know!) and lots of saliva as lubricant helps, but it's different things for different people. :)
 
I find the easiest positon to be in is to just lay down and let him sit on my chest. Unless you are wonder-woman and strong enough to push him off if something goes wrong, you really need to trust him for this though.

There are antiseptic throat sprays that also numb the throat for you. I also recommend using a well lubricated dildo that's about the same size as your guy. You'll have total control that way which will allow you to test your tolerance before you try for real.
