I have trouble with this way... generally i find that guys tend to push it deeper than i'd like at the worst times...
However, i find i can get a similar angle if the guy lays down on his back, and i kneel over him like we're in a 69. I think this is the best combination of angle and control for deep throating. Hope that helps.

I've found that 69ing with the girl on top can work....it's not the best BJ necessarily, but if I stimulate her enough she will relax and "forget" to gag and slip all the way down
