Yes, the package has finally arrived. Chocolate orange jaffas from New Zealand.
A taste so delicious and divine. Especially when you suck on them slowly letting them melt in your mouth. *This was recommended of course* Yummy!:)

Thank you my friend. It was also so wonderfully nice for you to send a card and gifts for my son. You are an amazing friend with such a big heart!

:rose::rose::rose:

Sent you an email.

Now you just need an Aussie to send you Tim Tams! :p

they are the greatest biscuit in the world (in my oppinion).

Don't they have Tim Tams in the States???

I have heard of Tim Tams before. I have been told they are very good. I wouldn't have the first clue how to find them. Especially in the small town I live in.

What Tim Tams? OMG you don't know what your missing...think chocolate......Each Tim Tam is two and a half inches long, and consists of two thick chocolate biscuits (cookies, if you insist) separated by a layer of chocolate cream, and the whole thing is covered in chocolate. You can probably guess what the central ideology of a Tim Tam is.

Tim Tams come in six flavours: Original, Dark Chocolate, Double Coat (twice the chocolate coating), Chewy Caramel, White Chocolate and Mocha Coffee.

Fact for the day: Australians consume 300 million Tim Tams every year.

I knew that they were Australian - I knew that they weren't sold in Japan but thought surely they would be abundant in America...god someone could make a fortune here!

I've had a lot of Japanese students and teachers stay with our family over the years and all of them have bought Tim Tams in bulk before returning home...some virtually have crammed suitcases full of them!

BTW?:D Did you like your card?

I love Tim Tams.

I'm going to have to talk to Foxinsox about sending a care package.:p

In Oregon, all we really have here are some good wines and anything that consists of blackberries.

There used to actually be a place online that you could order them from.

it was a US based company who would deliver anywhere in the US and Canada.

Too bad they closed down though *pout*

hmmm anyone want to go into business, Tim Tam smuggling? :)

Nope there are heaps of companies out there that will deliver Tim Tams to anywhere in the world. But Jesus they sure are making a profit!! One company is selling a packet of Tim Tams for $29.95USD!!!

would be cheaper to buy a full box of each flavour and ship em over!

Its disgusting to profit from peoples addictions......almost as bad as the drug pushers.

*psst anybody want to buy a pack of Tim Tams*

hmm ya know, when i read that, I imagined you with one of the great big overcoats that you opened up to reveal all these packets hanging from the inside (like in the cartoons) :)

Another favourite to send to the US, if the person is REALLY brave, is vegemite :D

I sent Vegemite to a friend in Japan......she loves it! She's now on her fourth large jar! But your right the majority people make the weirdest faces when they first taste it.....very good entertainment value don't you think?

:p
