Now there's so much more treatment... they'd told her before that she probably wouldn't need chemo- she needs it now. Now she's going to be off work for six months. Do you know what the fuck that's going to do to her? MY mother? Not working? Not doing something difficult and challenging and stressful? She'll go nuts! It's disheartening if she misses a WEEK of work, I can't imagine how she'll manage six months.
