Recently I have learned life is about MOMENTS, not the sum total of minutes, hours, days, weeks, months... etc etc. I have lacked balance and oddly enough i think my chi was all outta whack. So i have taken necessary measures yoga, pilates and distance bike riding to re-align myself, tone and shape Loving the fact that the weather is finally warming up and if I'm not in the pool... i'm in a thunderstorm, so I'm getting plenty wett

My Chai's are sinful indulgences...I'm all about the snow cone these days.. lol CODE for hiatus from work. lol
