1st Amendment rights? That amendment of free speech covers more than what we are privy to legally say here.

I do indeed understand that. However, they do not have the right to make false accusations, repeatedly and consistently. Nor do they have the right to make false claims or say anything considered hear say. Particularly if the party of instigation is the source of such accusations and hear say.
