the first night was all about the barbeque and hot tub - it was very hot during the day and a wonderfully warm night. plenty of alcohol and in the tub from about 11pm till 2 in the morning, just drinking, talking, leaning back and gazing up at a bazillion stars. had to help my bestie outta the tub, though, since she was too full of brandy and babycham, then she got all maudlin in her dressing room - couldn't stand so she's got me down on the floor next to her (with only her robe held in front ), hugging me and telling me she loves me, crying, saying how much she's missed me and all that jazz. *shakes head* still, no hangovers in the morning

went down to a beautiful beach on friday - no amenities or shops, just families, dogs, sunshine, crystal clear water and a silky smooth sea-breeze. despite suncream and not feeling hot, i got pretty burned and had big panda eyes and side-stripes from my sunnies. walking back past the dunes and over the flats, it was so slippery where the tide was out and the sand was coated in fine silty mud - yeah, flat on my backside got back to her house, cleaned up and changed, went out to an italian restaurant. some seriously sexy waiters *jaw drops* but the food was even better.

next day, went into work with my friend - the shop sells a range of 'old guys rule' stuff. but there was a harley davidson motorcycle owners' meet with over 300 bikes turning up. so i got to wander and take pics and 'mingle'. *wiggles eyebrows* back to hers for a superb fish pie supper cooked by her hubby, then more hot-tubbing.

sunday was all about doing as little as possible and watching the chickens pootering about till it was time to drive back.

so nothing outrageous, just a lovely relaxing, catching-uppy too much boozy kinda time.
