Once upon a time, 2003 I think, I won an Amazon voucher for being either the one millionth or ten millionth post on lit.
I just wanted to let you know, I used that voucher to buy a zen mp3 player. Yesterday, I unpacked it and used it again for the first time in a year or so.... and the sound quality coming out of it still shits all over any other player I've listened to!
Anyway, this is my thanks - again.

Well, don’t mean to steal this thread but I just have to say something. If she is your friend and you have not talked (email, chatted) with her in some time, maybe you should reach out to her. a friend just informed me about her situation and its one of those hello…goodbye conversations. She was suppose to have surgery but they cancelled it at the last minute as they discovered she has kidney cancer (stage 4). Story just gets more horrible.

My point is this, you never know how long the person to your “left” or “right” will be here on earth. So if she’s in your thoughts, try to find her.
