dealing with threesomes

Any suggestions on how to manage a relationship with a frined after a threesome, or ideas on how to go about meeting for a threesome. We have tried it twice, a few year ago, but they were a chance encounter and we are talking about exploring more with the right woman..I know girls friends, but this would open a new side to our friendship that i have never dealt with before.
