The voting machines are now electronic in response to florida. However, if you slightly tap the machine, it'll change your vote to a Republican straight ticket. The democrats sue, the Republicans say that it would be wrong to stop.

It's already happened I believe. It's a lawsuit to stop the election.

Honestly, I think they're right to sue. Electronic voting machines are garbage. I voted on one this time. They're poorly designed, they lost calibration at a touch and if the power goes out, all votes are lost. They have no physical record of the vote.

This is already an issue. Around the state we have record absentee voting. In Denton county the 3times the count of 98. In Dallas and Collin counties the count is doubled. They are GOP strengths but with Kirk and Sanchez being such a big voices for minorities and known by everyone in that area, Kirk shouldn't lose more than 60-40 there. This election will be close, people are voting. Minorities and young Democrats like myself will continue to turn out because this will be the first time our votes could possibly make a difference. Question is how much that scares the powers that be.
