I have one... simple Roman numerals on my left calf to commemorate the date of my little cousin's passing. Rather somber, I know, but it was something I knew would retain its significance for the rest of my life.

I don't have any, but I found some of those fake ones once and put a rose on my right breast - it looked amazingly real, and was fun to have briefly. It was my first av here on Lit.
