I went with the 60's, even though I was born in the 70's

seventies...my era I guess...the joy of prog rock and the noise of punk/new wave.

Thats a tough poll it depends your likes of course I voted 60's over all cause it gave way to all the new styles. The king (Elvis) loosened the cap in the 50's but the late 60's and early 70's busted the top. right off. Personally speaking of course

Good point...the 60s gave us the Beatles and the Stones.

early 70's...the pinnacle of rock before it was synthesized out of existence.

Exactly then Jim Morrison, Janice Joplin, Skynard, and all the rest, leading up to Def Leopard and Van Halen, so on and so on to some of the really awesome stuff we have now too but the classics made it all possible.

I just had to look at my wall and see my poster of that cutie Jordan from New Kids on the Block and without a doubt choose the 80's.

I voted 60s mainly because of the vast change in direction that music took then. Personally tho, I believe that the time from 64-65 to 74-75 would be the ten greatest years ever. Allman Brothers,Hendrix, Zeppelin, Doors, Stones, Deep Purple, Clapton, Beck, the early days of Southern Rock...the amount of spectacular guitarists alone makes it the greatest time IMO.

That's a pretty good assessment. Although VH wasn't released until 77, and that album was pretty damn good.

I picked the '80's. I never got into music until the 90's when it started going downhill imo. Thanks Nirvana.
I also love the 70's & some of the '60's minus The Beatles.

You cannot top 90's Hip Hop. I dare you not to dance when Rob Bass' "It Takes Two" comes on. That's my jam

Donnie Wahlberg ... I liked the bad boys. ;)

I voted 90's. Don't hate me.

I like the 90's too...it's nostalgic and I still have a thing for those sexy alternative bands....pearl jam...need i say more?

But my dad bought out a dj so I listened to tons of awesome 60's and 70's vinyl.
