I never found much fun playing in the snow, never been skiing, snowboarding, or ice skating. I don't like getting all bundled up just to go outside and I don't like being cold, though I have adapted over my 15 years here. I'd much rather be in a t-shirt, shorts, and sandals (no socks!)

I am Originally from the Bay Area. The water is what i miss the most. Make due with rivers and lakes tho.

I was used to the opposite. One of my playgrounds as a kid and teen was the dry riverbeds near my house. I find rivers, lakes, and the ocean fascinating, enthralling, and relaxing. I could sit and watch a river flow for hours.

The Ocean is the first thing i smell when i land in Ca for visit. Its an immediate reaction of the sweet smell of nostalgia and homecoming...
