It's far too late in the year for that, but then again I'm of the opinion that snow is best appreciated from a distance. After 15 years here in CT, I've had my fill. I'm done with the cold and snow, but I'll put up with it for a few more years to be near my daughter. Then I plan to move back home to the desert.

We live in MO. I personally never saw the first flake! The temps were over 50 this afternoon. Not bad, but we have had 80+ days here and there this spring. Being close to your child is a wonderful reason to stay and I'm sure she makes it all worth while.

Peaches, thank you for the grocery stop and the treats that weren't on the list! I'll be enjoying mine after Flirt falls asleep. He finally stopped running laps around the table. Lol

My day was ok. Still trying to keep my chin up and my sanity intact during my divorce. Today was a tough day with the soon-to-be ex, she's starting to make things messy and ugly with custody because I won't give in to her desires for custody. There's a long story behind that, too long to share here.

I'd love to have an 80+ degree day here! The best I've had here is about 70

My daughter is my #1 priority in my life and she's doing her best to help me around the house. I feel bad for her, as she's caught in the middle between her mother and me, as much as I don't want her to be.
