good morning and afternoon

To all Daddies and little girls

I guess I will have to get up earlier to join in for breakfast!

I am sorry that some of you are feeling poorly. I just came back from a trip to the southeast and it semed like everyone was sick with allergies. Another reason I like the Rocky Mtns. very short pollen season and a lot of fresh air.

Everyone have a great day!

Good morning/afternoon to all my beautiful sisters and the Daddies who so lovingly care for us!

*rummages for some fresh fruit and frosted mini wheats in the kitchen* Shhhh...late breakfast. Don't tell Daddy. I say better late than never!

TT, I really do hope they can get a handle on this thing!!! I've had some nasty bouts of bronchitis myself, and know how awful it can make you feel. I've taken the steroid Prednisone (usually a 10-day course) without gaining weight, and it has always helped! It's usually that, along with a Pro-Air inhaler, and a z-pak (5 day round of the antibiotic Azithromycin...the stuff works so well). When it's gotten really bad, I was given an inhaler called Dulera which is a steroid inhaler and that seemed to help a lot. The pro-air inhaler I would take on an as-needed basis up to every 4 hours when the coughing fits got bad and my chest got tight. With everything you've got going on, remember to take care of yourself!!!! I love you and worry about you!!!

Peaches, I'm so sorry you're not feeling well!!! Hopefully you can beat this quickly! Go to the Dr. if you need to! And you're lucky to have a Daddy who takes such good care of you! That can often make a world of difference (I know this first hand)!!! :D

RA, sounds like between your allergies and life trying to kick you down, you're having a rough go of things. I'm so sorry, and if you need someone to talk to, PM me! My Daddy says I'm good at listening!

INL!!! *Runs to give you a big hug* I'm glad you're back!

OK...Hey sis! Hope you're having a good day, and I wanted to say thank you for all they help you've given Peaches and Chef/Daddy ST in the kitchen (especially on Easter!)!!!

Spots a familiar face and hastily grabbing another cup off coffee, milk and sweeteners, ambles over and sits down, whistling quietly with a wicked grin ''You're getting to be a habit with me''.....

Daddy HS...I wonder who you could be talking about??? giggles I hope the coffee helped you out!

Chef/Daddy ST, thank you for taking care of Peaches...we hate when any of our sisters get sick! And thank you for keeping the kitchen stocked and for all you do for us! I often wonder how we got along without you!

Welcome and hello to those of you I haven't said hello and welcome to yet: Semler, TL, Angel, Kit, Doug, and WF! :rose:

Hope you all have a wonderful Tuesday and that those of you who are sick start feeling better soon!

And as always, a special ((hug)) and kiss to my Daddy, and big Sissy!!!

 Keri

Freedom of speech does not guarantee you Freedom from ridicule and being corrected. You make some of the Little Ones nervous with your overly sexual advances to them.

Well said that man, so eloquently focused.

Trust me if this lot of stuff doesn't work i'll be asking for steriods, it's beyond a joke at this point.

The inhaler is seretide.

A late morning all, been running around like crazy already today. I thought it was meant to be my holidays damnit. More and more to do today as well. Back to it

Well stated my good man.

(Waking briefly to nod in agreement and make a face at the bad man) "And NO ONE here is interested so he should just go be creepy somewhere else."

(Kissing my Daddy's cheek gratefully and starting to eat the soup....) "Mmmmm, it's good Daddy." (Taking a few more bites before curling back up, pulling the blanket tighter and shivering...)

She isn't here.

Exactly, especially when said sexual advances are CLEARLY unwelcomed and unwanted. Most normal people pick up on that kind of thing.

*Apologies for quoting roughenedhands, something I've advised against in the past.

"I've not heard of it but medications frequently have different names - oh okay - googled it. Seretide contains two medications - Fluticasone which IS a corticosteroid (not an anabolic steroid like athletes use) and Salmeterol which is a bronchodilator. I've had both medications in various forms and they're helpful. In fact it is the same mix of medications to what I am using now, called Advair here but in a round diskus rather than an inhaler (although they do have an inhaler too). Make sure after using your inhaler that you rinse your mouth well, gargle and drink some water - the inhaled corticosteroids can sometimes lead to a condition called Thrush due to the change in Ph balance in your saliva...." :rose:

(Turning to sister OK to ask) "Anything I've forgotten to mention?"

"Thank you again CG for keeping such a close eye on certain 'people' (and I use the term loosely) - we try to run a nice place here;). YOU are always welcome to drop by!":rose:

This room is filled with the love of beautiful people, for me at least it was a contributing factor in my appearance from the shadow.

Are you feeling better little one? :rose:

Sweet dreams little girls.
The only thing to be done is to use the ignore feature. It does work well, except when someone else quotes the person on ignore.

Thank you so much. :rose: All of you here are wonderful people, that's why I hate seeing one person trying to be such an intentional disruption.

Peaches, Dear ... Zinc lozenges! Hall's makes them with Echinacea. Some Vit C drops. Tylenol, juice, some decongestant. Vicks and socks for your feet.

Daddy ST?? Can we stir some garlic and ginger and edamame into her soup?? All good for the immune. I am sure you have enough onion and celery in it ;-)

"Ive taken my medicine Daddy and my breathing treatments" (Coughing and shivering) "Still feel cold but not running a noticeable fever" (Air redolent of Vicks - looking at my sister with wide eyes) "I put it on my chest to help me breathe.....really? On my feet with socks? Been sucking on my Vitamin C drops, forgot to pick up Zinc lozenges while I was out. It's mostly an asthma flare I think...just hard to breathe or talk....very tired....and cold"

Yes baby, Hot & sour soup is the base I started with, my little girl is to smart. I will use the frozen, though I much rather use all fresh for my baby. OK is a marvelous helper and only wants the best for her sis.
Stay wrapped up my sweet peach, don't want you to catch a chill, let me get those socks pulled up for you.:rose::heart:
