But in this case I doubt it will do much good. She was with the company about a month and still within the probationary period. If I remember correctly, here in CT they can still let you go without reason during that time. Angel hasn't been idle. In the past week she's had 3 phone interviews with 2 more physical interviews on Tuesday. Something will happen soon. I have faith it will work out sooner than later.

Exactly the same here in OK ... it is an At Will state. But if she's been working elsewhere, I believe there is a carry over because of her prior employment. Been too long since I was in Management to remember.

That's the second problem, Angel has only been here since the end of July, so there's no previous employment. I don't think employment in another state can apply here. In any case, we're putting it behind us and focusing on the future.
