Nope... just finished up breakfast actually. Protein pancakes, bacon, a banana and coffee. I'm quite full and have no room for ice cream right now. I hope you had a great week and an even better weekend. Haven't seen you around much lately.

Weeks seem to get busier and busier, but all is well and we finally have a break in the humidity for a few days!

I was there for the first time last spring. Absolutely amazing, the food and drink always being my primary motivation for traveling (unless there are mountains and snow involved).

I had a cancel and planned (and annoyingly paid for trip to Montreal in April), and was in the process of planning a trip to South America for the summer when this all shut down. So it's all terribly disappointing.

The furthest I've been from home since March is the hour drive to the beach from a day trip last weekend. :(

Yeah May was my last big trip. I traveled an hour to the "big city" to pick up jars of Almond Butter that I'm addicted to and take out from THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY.

*sighs* I checked out the drive-in movie theater that's close to me to see what was playing this weekend. The Goonies and Willy Wonka are great movies, but I can watch them right here. lol

Agreed, I'm not one to go to the movies.

My preferred place to watch a movie, is my couch. I've got a big tv and the comfort of home.

The being said, I've seen both of those more times than I can count.

Yeah that was kind of my point. I'm a child of the 80's so I've seen both films many times. You forgot the Rocky Road btw. :) I generally enjoy going to the theater but not since COVID. So I thought this would be an alternate way to get out. Oh well.
