I can honestly say I visited there once and although it was fun, I couldn’t make a life there. I’m far too country as you probably heard in my voice. lol

Haha. I can say the same thing about the country. I think all the open space freaks me out.
As for the city, the thing I miss the most about the covid lockdown, is the chaos. I miss the noice, the energy, the busyness of life.

New York city is like Disney for me. It was scary sad seeing it quiet and empty. Gotta get it back somehow.
Like country too but love New York city. You can make a friend at any Irish pub there.

It's not nearly as quiet as it was in April. I drove (strange that I even drove into the city) down 5th one day and was the only car on the road. Just creepy.
No tourists, and certainly quiet, but I wouldn't say it's dead anymore.
As for a pub, don't think I'm going to allowed into one of those for quite a while.
