As far as cyber vs phone...

There are what I would consider, 4 levels of "cyber or sex without sex"

The first level at the low end PM's and short Emails graduating the more literate longer stories by Email.

Second would be cybering. A more immediate response and a reactive partner ... sometimes..

Third would be voice, either phone or IM voice calling (cheaper than long distance) I love to hear someone cumming!!!

Fourth, would be phone or voice and cam. Put a picture with those sounds, even a bad picture, and it's hard to lose someones attention.
