I have enjoyed razor blade pleasure for quite some time now. Sometimes the cuts get pretty deep. No deep tissue wound or anything but deep enough to take over a week to heal. Question is this: How do you explain the cuts to someone who sees them and asks you what happened? Has this ever happened to anyone and if so is there a good answer. Sometimes people are not ready to handle this type of thing and I dont know how to respond to them. I of course mean people other than your partner. :) Thanks for any suggestions. Take care. Later.

hi wkdclwn

I don't have experience with cutting at all, but I did wonder if you were referring to cutting a partner in scene or cutting yourself.

It could be done in areas that most people wouldn't see, yes? Paper cut? Cat scratch? lol sorry, no help, and I don't mean to make light. :) You could try a search on this board as I think cutting has been a topic before.

Instead of making up an exucse, I think you should just give them a wicked-clown grin and say something like "that's between me and the ringmaster." Going with the clown theme of course; could say friends or something else, too. Just something to keep them guessing.

Broccoli has a point, even if it's a silly name.
I've had marks...hell, I've got scars over a decade old.
I've been spotted during the healing.
And I've never once given anyone an explanation.

My stock response to "what happened?" is "I got a cut. It's healing now."
You don't owe people an explanation--it's your body.

suuuure.... blame it on the voices lol..... i agree with risiaskye though... its none of their business.
