Custom restraints in the UK?

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a fetish gear maker, or fetish-friendly seamster/seamstress in the UK (London preferably, or South-east/South England) who can make a hood, collar, harness, and cuffs in either natural (canvas or hemp) or synthetic (Dyneema/Spectra, kevlar, or nylon) fabrics.

Can anyone suggest where I should look? Most of the places I've found work exclusively in leather, and/or work in such high volumes as to make individual custom work too expensive.

Any pointers appreciated.

There used to be one on the near Archway, on the right past Highbury and Islington station.
