Sadly, it is photoshopped.
Don't get me wrong, I REALLY appreciate all the posts that klippert provides. I do not expect him to police them. I only feel that we all need to be aware of misleading images. I get that one can enjoy the "harmless" fantasy, but do realize that if one believes the illusion then one is more likely to have false expectations of reality. The original is fabulous.

(one obvious tell, is the door frame, which became curved by the poor photoshopping of the breast)
