...after all, there is no debating stupid. Critical Race Theory is like any other science based area of research. A lot of very smart folks spend an aweful lot of time producing research papers that are peer reviewed (which means Bobo Spudsucker) that they do an aweful lot of debating and trying to knock down the theory if holes exist.

Just like the likelyhood of your stupidity is much higher, if you were born into poverty, especially systemic, endemic poverty. If you are black, the chance of you being born into poverty and not being able to escape it, inspite of your "individual" efforts, is higher comparitively speaking. These are predictable outcomes that are able to be measured repetitively. Sure, lots of debate occurs....so far your ability to debate is nil....try presenting more than just your dislike of black and ethnic folks.

What happened too blacks in the past does not explain or in any justify their inferior academic performance now, and their high rates of crime and illegitimacy. They are not discriminated against any more. They are discriminated in favor of with affirmative action programs. Trillions of dollars have been transferred from white tax payers to black welfare recipients because of War on Poverty programs. Black social pathology has gotten worse since the civil rights legislation was passed two generations ago, and since the War on Poverty was declared in 1964.
