The incipient title refers to a popular gene editing technique. The idea of the story goes like this:

The first two humans to have their genes edited so that they are perfect human specimens, or at least as perfect as humans can be (ie; immune to most diseases, long lived, etc) are a male and a female. The story is told from the male's perspective, and begins with his escape from a very protected life insulated from the general populace by the government financed pharmaceutical company that edited his genes and has been holding him captive in luxury.

He is captured by a group of female mercenaries hired to extract as much of his sperm as possible in order to sell it to super-rich females who want to have the "perfect child". He is restrained in a diabolical laboratory designed purposely for the task. Electrodes are attached to his scalp and various other parts of his anatomy. The things that arouse him are determined by a combination of visual and aural imagery, while recording his physiological responses on computerized instruments.

The results of these tests along with injections of things like testosterone, etc., are used to extract the maximum amount of his sperm, leaving him in an ecstatic almost PTSD like hallucinogenic and helpless state.

At this point, he either manages to escape (unlikely), or is rescued by his female counterpart, or is simply discharged because his purpose has been served.

The point of the story is that the male is forced to have as many orgasms as possible using the latest scientific medical technology in order to maximize the amount of sperm gathered.

I haven't thought out the rest, but I suppose the ending would be that he and the "perfect" female specimen end up having a child of their own.

I would be open to having a co-author fill in the parts that I'm weak on; ie, the details of his escape, etc.

1: Why does The Establishment want to keep him imprisoned?
2. With advanced medical technology, his kidnappers need only extract his sperm micro-surgically. He has no need to orgasm. What's the fun?

Good questions, but I think I can answer them:

1. So that they can continue collecting his sperm for themselves indefinitely.
2. Yes, you could extract sperm surgically, but at the risk of destroying his testes, whereas by collecting the sperm naturally they could continue harvesting it as long as they wish.

I still don't buy it but let's see if it has legs.

First, ethnicity / nationality. Where are the pools of "super-rich females" who would buy super-sperm? USA, China, Germany, Brazil, and Turkey top the list. The most "self-made" billionairesses are Chinese and Brazilian; others likely inherited or married money. So let's posit a Brazilian genetics lab that engineers Joao and Astrid, hot Latinos who appeal to many ethnicities.

The mercenaries (all female) could be from anywhere; they're only in it for the money. But their offsite team has members from all the client regions so they can more readily market their product (Joao's sperm). Their HQ is Zurich; they keep Joao stashed in a compound on Bermuda -- centrally located, hard to escape.

Factions within the mercs differ on how to exploit Joao. Some prefer 'natural' orgasms via traditional stimuli and handjobs. Some want more output via drugs and a milking machine for non-stop spewing. Some favor a long-term solution: clone his testicles for a sperm farm. He would then be expendable (in a crunch) or kept on ice as a backup. The story covers their power-plays and the consequences for Joao.

Meanwhile, what became of Astrid? What does she feel toward Joao? For fun, they are siblings. Her only chance of rescuing him is to infiltrate the lipstick-lesbian mercs (after a world-wide search, of course). Hilarity ensues.

It's a start.

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!! For the last few months I have been considering not reading this category anymore because it just seemed like there was no such thing as a new story idea, unless you were doing some kind of weird science fiction/alien thing - which doesn't interest me in the least. While this is science related, it is not exactly fiction. I hope you can make it work. This has also jogged my memory into thinking that maybe a story could be made along the lines of the movie "The Truman Show". Your idea also made me wonder if a guy could be used for stud purposes, like a successfully retired race horse.

I doubt that *I* would write this, not anytime soon, anyway. I was just spinning out infrastructure that wouldn't have too many holes in it.

[excuses]
I am just now resuming writing -- haven't done much this year for IRL reasons mostly -- and I have a backlog. :( And I'm a bit behind on modern reproductive science. I've been blocked for *months* on how to advance a critical storyline so I can finish a fucking story cycle that's occupied me far too long and I just learned a couple days ago how to piece together the appropriate biological scenario to proceed. Whine bitch moan...

More like a prize bull. I sort of approached that on the last page of The Book of Ruth: Doing Ruth Pt. 02 (that's the cycle I'm trying to kill) where Randy's sister and her girlfriend immobilize him, fill him with performance- and sperm-enhancing (and brainpower-decreasing) substances, and use him to get pregnant. Someone writing a put-him-out-to-stud story could concoct a similar chemical brew. This bit is set in 1990.

"Jill knows this Ukrainian biochemist, doing work on stimulating reproductive and sensory systems. ... Jill's wizard brewed up some interesting stuff. One compound is totally natural: Miraculon, from the Miracle Berry bush. It makes everything taste good, real, real good. Much better than MSG. You'll really get off on slurping us.

"Another is from a class of chemicals called PDE5 inhibitors. Basically, they keep a penis filled with blood rather than draining out after cumming. You'll stay stiff for many hours.

"And there's a souped-up luteinizing hormone. Makes your balls pump out sperm by the gallon. Nice, healthy, active sperm, lots and lots of them. Exactly what we want. .... We also added some feel-good chemicals to the mix you drank. The Kool-Aid flavor masks their taste well, don't you agree?"

I tried to talk but I felt dizzy. And horny. Very, very horny.

"Best thing for you is, you don't have to do anything but lie there and cum. We'll do all the work. Won't we, Gabby?"

Gabrielle nodded and kissed Jill again.

"And don't worry much about the side effects. Sure, this is an experimental mix. You might age a bit faster, and lose some muscle tone and brain cells. Not that you really need a brain. All we want are your sperm. They'll stay healthy and active... for a few days, anyway."

All that biochemistry is real. That's my reality fetish setting in. Stuff in as much real science as possible but without *too* many details. Only invoke unobtainium as a last resort or maybe as a mcguffin like thiotimoline.

Okay, enough of that. Time to go back to my zither. G'luck!

Wow, you guys (especially Hypoxia) are way ahead of me. Sounds like there are already similar but better stories out there.

Thanks for all the great feedback! And by the way Hypoxia, I don't watch television either. ;)
