True story, I met Vonnegut (long story, ex-fiance was a book publicist). It was one of those moments where I wish I wouldn't have met one of my heroes, I'll leave it at that.

Oh, and my favorite Jerry Springer episodes?

The one where he had both The Mentors & Gwar on the same episode. El Duce was being El Duce, totally antagonizing a woman who had been raped, and then Gwar totally called him out for being an absolute shitbag.

The other one would have been when Peter Steele from Type O Negative was on an episode about rock groupies after he'd been in Playgirl. That guy was the ultimate douchebag, and a totally fucked up looking guy.

Nope, both episodes happened.

Both can be found on Youtube. The one with the Type O Negative dude was well, it was funny, but not really watchable funny.

The one with The Mentors & Gwar though, that shit is hilarious. El Duce was such a shit, and it's just funny seeing him working so hard on being a total skeeze.

Oh yeah, and if memory serves right, there actually was an episode with GG Allin as well.

P.S. Nick Hornby was much more fun to be around, for sure. Really really nice guy.

Actually, I think that one's from Russia. We don't have Kazhakstani yet last I checked. I asked for a Finnish and a Persian person, but no word yet from wherever the come from.

Hell, I'd settle for an Icelandic person, I'm so bored.
