I thought it was the one about winning a Lexus.

Marvin had to wonder when it became against the law to have a small dick when he was arrested for having a small package in his underwear.

Okay, so this guy enters a contest for this Lexus and...

Oh, wait.

Okay, so the guy is going through security and being patted down by an attractive female security officer(or you could go GM and say its a guy)

Hasn't had any in awhile and he starts to get aroused, she feel the bulge and tells him to step out of line and takes him into the back where of course she discovers the small package is his rather small package.

he's embarrassed because he is smaller than average, but she is thrilled to get that reaction from him and they proceed to have sex, she is really getting into it and he's amazed because he is pretty small.

When they;re done she confides to him that she has had some issues "down there" and anything larger than a few inches really hurts so she loved the fact he was undersized.

Okay, look its lame, but its the best I got.

Now onto the Lexus contest.

Back to the Lexus, playing with the words from the cover:

There was a contest at the local car dealership. Contestants, including parking meter maids and Darwin Streets, piled into the backseat of a red Lexus. The last person to have an article of clothing on would win the $47,000 car. But the parking meter maids pointed to Darwin Streets during a compliance inspection, where cops discovered the small package in his undies violated the rules.

Police Officer fixes Inspection Machine.

Officer Marvin Dibble, (46) of Planet Street division, had the urge to look at the new machine for inspecting passengers remotely. He realised that all was not well when he saw that the machine, made by ACME, or Louiville, IL, had not had all the correct wires connected to the plug.

After he'd fixed the broken fuse the machine worked and he was able to detect the suspiciously small package hidden in a man's underwear. The man was detained for interrogation. Officer Dibble was congratulated by his Captain but is to face disciplinary charges for 'interfering with official equipment without authority'.

The engineer responsible for installing the machine was unavailable for comment
