Hello, we are a couple living between these three cities and have recently relocated here. My wife doesn’t get on here, but I did tell her that I’d like to find people to socialize with in the area. We’ve always fantasized about her flirting with other men or even having them join us in some capacity (I’m straight btw).

We try to get time away just the two of us and will often get a hotel room in the downtown areas of the nearby cities to enjoy a few drinks and enjoy the view from a rooftop bar.

I’m interested in finding out the best places to go, and possibly make some friends. Thanks!

York, lake wylie area here. Charlotte not bad. It has a little bit of everything. Just wish traffic wasn't so bad, but it is a big city after all

i'm not from charlotte, but on my way to florida, it's half way for me, and we stop overnight and have dinner at maggianos in south park mall...excellent food, nice area...we get cheesecake factory for dessert right next door.

Hemingways Cuba Restaurant in Asheville is really good. They have a rooftop bar.
Great pic of the wife as well.

We’ve stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and gone to their rooftop bar. We’ll have to try the other place out.

When in Charlotte stay at the Grand Bohemian Hotel. Quirky kind of place with all kinds of avant-garde art on the walls. If you want something a little less quirky then the Marriott right across the street has a nice bar and a couple good restaurants inside if you don’t want to hit Uptown. It’s a higher end Marriott. We go to music venues there so I don’t have the gouge on rooftop bars but the Visulite Theatre is an intimate concert venue. Also the Neighborhood Theatre is a cool venue.

Asheville has The Orange Peel and Salvage Station for good concerts. Also hit Tupelo Honey for breakfast or brunch, just watch out for the junkies in the park right across the street. Had one giving my wife shit last time we were there.

Your wife is beautiful BTW!

Thanks! We’ve been to Tupelo Honey…good restaurant.

Another roof top restaurant in rock hill is the pump house. Heard people say it's little more expensive than they were expecting, but food was good. It sits on the catawba River.
Sounds like a fun venue. I think next time we get child-free moments we’ll explore downtown Greenville more.
