Actually, i was branded "Cipher" in high school..i've been called Cipher for about 11 years..i was 17 when i met the kid that called me that..He was an artsy type hiphop kid..real cool guy..he said my "Cipher"(and pointed to my head) was so positive and i was "crazy brilliant" at music..LoL So here i am today..Cipher.
