I guy got in an arguement with his wife, she beat on him, he left the house without touching her. He slept in the car. the cops came,cuffed him without telling him why which is illegal, they are supposed to give reason for arrest. The cops conitnued to refuse to answer his questionsing, which was making him even more pissed. He conitnued asking why for walking away from her and doing nothing to her he was being arrested, the cops still refuse and then maced him.
But we don't live in a police state North America.
That guy could and should tape the show and if we had a real legal system in North America take those two cops to court.
GuyJD if you are out there and you saw the show, would you explain the correct procedure for arresting an individual. I was just talking to a retired cop online, and explained what happend, they had seen the show, and they explained that the two cops completely were in the wrong.
