"Naked, eh? Somehow I suspect that this couples massage may be a bit different from the ones with your other partners. My backup's already in my boot. We really getting a massage or is this just code for I want to see you naked? Surely I won't keep my boots on? Just what info are you expecting to get from this guy?"

Jake let a laugh. "Hell no Phil was a devote husband! He refused to set foot in there!" He ate a little more. She was digging him and wasn't afraid to venture to the deep end. This was a good thing. "It is code for I want to see you naked but I don't see why we can't get a massage while we are at it and I am a huge fan of women in boots, there's another tid bit about me. Also Tony won't rat unless he can see we are not wired! Again stupid. Tapes aren't admissible but our testimonies are! Tony knows all the dealers, and unlike that fat piece of shit Johnny, Tony is much more connected. His girls as well as guys sell coke to clients. Now in case you are going to ask why I don't bring him in, it's because he's a wealth of information. He never sells to kids. Lastly he's worth more to me running the club. And don't even try and tell me that you aren't curious what I look like naked. haha" Jake said. The actual truth was Tony paid good money to stay out of jail, and Jake liked those payments. Those along with the info, Jake felt it was justified. If Davis kept it up and made it to the circle she would be spending that money too one day.

After a couple hours Jake mentioned that it was a good time to go. He paid for the food, and walked out. Mike still scolding him for where he was taking Davis.

Tony's night spa as it was named on the sign was in a very seedy part of the city. Jake parked in the fenced off parking lot, two men with large dogs were guarding the entrance to the parking lot. The door in was off the same lot, the door at the front was boarded up. The front entrance was smokey and poorly lit. Mikes was lit for ambiance this was burnt out lights and had nothing to do with setting a mood. The counter had a middle aged woman who looked like she had partied far to much in her youth. Along the walls were a couple of benches. Paintings hung hap haphazardly and crooked. "Nice isn't it. Maybe you can honeymoon here ha" Jake said in a low voice. Then much louder. "Get Tony!" The woman didn't say a thing but made a call. After a minute a younger man walked out. He was tall African American and rather strong looking. He took one look at them and shook his head.

"You know I was having a good fucking day till just now! Well come on! I'm guessing you want to talk. You two getting a rub too?" He said leading them to another room.

"Ya we're gonna talk and ya we're getting a rub but no tug!" Jake said in a very unfriendly tone. "Davis this is Tony, Tony this is Davis. She's my partner and you will give her all the respect you can manage!" Jake warned. Tony turned to look at Davis.

"Pleasure. So you're the new Phil! Well lady I'll hand it to you! You got more balls then he did. Coward would fucking wait in the car for Ol' Doyle here to get his rocks off or talk business. Wouldn't even come into the entrance. Man what a head case." Tony said as they walked, the building was just one hallway after another. with rooms on each side. No doors just curtains. In a few of the rooms the clear sound of sex was happening. Finally they made it to a back office. This room was completely different to the rest, the walls were clean, the lights worked, there was a large tv on the wall, a large desk which Tony went and sat behind. There were chairs and another door leading out. "Let's see em!" Tony said. Jake looked at Davis and nodded. Then he pulled out his glock and unloaded it. He then put the gun and it's holster into a bin. Tony then motioned for Davis to follow suit.

"It's ok he just hates guns in his office." Jake said.

When they were done Tony opened the other door and a normal massage room was in there. Complete with two tables and an attractive woman, along with a strong, good looking young man.

"Strip and get on the tables." Tony said and walked out. The two people left as well.

"Like I said he's stupid. Keep your spare close." Jake said and started to get naked. it only took him a second before he was totally naked in front of Davis. Jake was not shy about it he knew he had an ok body and wasn't hurting in the cock department. He put his spare into his shoe and placed a sock on it. Then tucked it under the table. He smiled at Davis. "Oh what I do to catch a bad guy!"

After a while of light banter between them, Doyle said it was time to go.

The parlor definitely was not in the best part of town and the decor of the lobby reiterated that. Tony was tall and looked as if he might have also stood in for bouncer on the occasions that called for it. As they followed him down the hall, more than one curtained cubicles hid definite sounds of sexual contact behind them.

In Tony's office, Doyle gave her the nod as he started to remove his gun. She followed suit, peeling off her jacket to remove her gun and holster.

Once they were both unarmed, as far as Tiny knew, they were led through another door where a man and woman waited. She watched the three leave before Doyle spoke, stripping as he talked.

Like I said he's stupid. Keep your spare close.

A woman has a bit more to divest herself of when undressing so consequently Doyle was naked before her, giving him a chance to enjoy the show. Her gun fell out when she took off the boots. "I'm still looking for a better backup." She tucked it in the toe of the little boot.

Soon in just bra and thong panties, their charcoal grey color was in contrast to her pale skin. With a movement that comes from having done it all her life, she reached back with one hand and undid her bra, allowing her breast to tumble from their dark confines. Her nipples, dark rosy, immediately puckered from the combination of the cool air and Doyle's attention.

The last article of clothing was the thong, revealing the manicured evidence of a true red head. She didn't like shaved pussy. Looked too much like a little girl, and she was all woman. But she didn't go in for the wild woman look either, but rather somewhere in between.

She stood there looking him over just as blatantly as he was her body. His cock was a good size, definitely wouldn't kick him out of bed for eating crackers. She felt a tightening in her sex. Damn! It had been too long since she had been fucked.

She stood there for a moment, one hand on her hip and an eyebrow raised, waiting until his gaze managed to make it back up to her face.

"Well, do we start out face up, or face down?"

As Davis stripped Jake looked on. Again it was just another sign that she was willing to get dirty, and play where most feared to go. Plus he hated shy people on principle. Almost leering at the end when her thong hit the floor Jake's cock took notice too as blood made it's way to his other head.

She was sexy as all hell, and to his liking she was a real redhead. Rae was a brunette but no one would know it with how she kept it a deep red most of the time. Davis kept herself well groomed. Not hairy and not porn star, it was refreshing to see as bald seemed to be in. He looked entirely to long never mind the fact that it was is idea that put them there in the first place. Keeping himself from commenting or whistling wasn't the easiest thing to do but he managed.

Once his eyes were on hers she asked weather they start face up or down.

"Well I'm pretty sure that man will be as clueless as the women here on how to give an actual massage. And most women start on their backs, so he can be finger banging them asap. But I'm guessing that is not what you are after. so I would start face down. And you have to be clear that he's not to diddle your privates!" Jake smiled as he said it, getting on to the table face down. The tables at Tony's were probably the only things that were kept in good working order. Due to the fact that on occasion rather heavy men and women would fuck on them. "Unless you want him diddling you! I won't judge haha" Jake said looking over at her as he lay on his stomach. Don't worry the sheets are clean in this room. This is Tony's personal room. It's also the only place he'll talk to us and Tony actually does hate violence so we're pretty safe that way. The workers here are capable of giving a decent relaxing massage though I will say. And if it put's you at ease I will not be getting a handy tonight. At least not from Crystal." Jake finished saying, he still looking at Davis and her body and still smiling.

After they were settled all three of them walked back in. Tony looked at the two of them lying naked. He then motioned for the others to start. Crystal walked over and with no words began to rub him down with oil. Up and down his back always stopping at his tailbone. The young man walked up to Davis, he looked rather pleased as there were never women as good looking as her in there.

"Ok I trust you aren't taping! What is it that you want from me?" Tony said taking a seat in front of their table so they could look at him as he talked.

"Well you know about the home invasions and beatings! Jake started.

"I do! What's that go to do with me. Some limp dick can't represent, got his ass kicked. You know I don't leave this hood Doyle! I hope you aren't thinking of coming at me with this shit!" Tony said getting heated.

"Would I allow my partner and I to get naked if I liked you for this! You stupid ass hat!" Jake shot back. Tony seemed to think on it. It also seemed to be hurting his brain a little.

"Guess not! What then?"

"We, and by that I mean Davis and I think that this was a copy cat attack and that drugs may have been involved!" Jake said calmly. Tony nodded.

"Ya ok I get it. Well ya there is a big ass shipment making it's way through, or so I've heard, I guess theres a new player in the state. Their smaller then some, but bigger then most. I know you know he's got nothing to do with me! I ain't broke our agreement! Not once. But ya I could see it happening in the white hoods, with those crazy fuckers!" Tony explained to them then he turned to Davis. "What about you new Phil! What's your angle on this, how do you play into the team. I mean you must be the brains, to figure out all that Doyle was talking about! I know he didn't do it! Besides Doyle don't use brains, Doyle always uses violence to solve crimes, violence was his bag. Though Word is you jacked Jimmy for a C-note Not cool Davis. You know that guy has a family right?" Tony said to Davis. He wasn't leering or even looking at her any differently then one might a person in a deli.

It was somewhat strange and yet exciting to be totally naked in front of her totally naked partner. What a start for a first day.

Well I'm pretty sure that man will be as clueless as he women here on how to give an actual massage. And most women start on their backs, so he can be finger banging them asap. She caught his implications, but said nothing. Her raised eyebrow was the only evidence that she had even heard what he had said. Laying face down on table, she knew that they were being watched as she no sooner got settled than the three walked back in. Even though the guy was not bad looking, she wasn't interested. Right now, this was business.

As the male masseuse touched her bare back, she coldly said, "Just watch where you put your fingers." The man paused for a moment before he quietly said. "Yes ma'am" before he began putting oil in his hands and rubbing them together to heat it.

Tony sat in front of them and it began. He confirmed that drugs were making their way through the white neighborhoods and was adamant that he had not broken the deal he had with Doyle. Interesting! Her ears perked up at that though she played it cool and kept quiet.

Then, Tony did a 180 and started making comments against Doyle and his way of solving problems with violence before he lit into her and accused her of taking a bribe from Jimmy. Very interesting. The man just gave himself away. First, that he was in contact with Jimmy. So that means that he knows just who is selling the drugs in the white neighborhood. She had promised Doyle that she wouldn't interfere with his CI's. But Tony had put the whole thing directly to her.

Smiling at Tony like the cat that had the cream, she spoke sweetly with a subtly iron undertone.

"If I had taken that much, I think that I could find a more upscale place for a massage. And I have yet to see any gratuitous violence from my partner. But we understand now, you know exactly who's bring in the product, and you know exactly how much. Don't you, sir?" She batted her eyelashes as she gave a false smile. "At least, that's what you just told us. Am I right, Doyle?" She glanced over at Doyle, putting the ball in his court.

Jake smiled. "You slippery fuck! You may not have broke our agreement but you sure as shit know more then you let on!" Jake said taking over from Davis. "Crystal, what ever your name is! Both of you out!" Jake reached down and grabbed his gun. "You think I'm to violent! You think I'm stupid! Now we've never seen eye to eye! But we've never fucked each other either. I let you do business you give me answers when I need them! But now I have to question your honesty with me!" Jake stood up still pointing the gun at Tony.

Tony seemed actually terrified of what Doyle might do to him. He wasn't breaking down but wasn't acting the big man either. "Calm down Doyle. You're partner is right. I do know a bit more. Only cause it'll be hitting the streets and everybody from here to Indiana. I know it's Jimmy, I know he's not bringing it in himself, he has a mule, a few kilo's at a time over the past few weeks." When Tony stopped Doyle cocked the hammer of the gun. Tony froze, He wasn't even looking at Davis or what she was doing. "Fuck alright. I also heard that things went bad and a person got hurt, or a couple people did. That's it I swear!"

Doyle lowered his gun. "You now owe me double for three months. That's for lying to me! And you will give me half your take for the week! I know you don't make deposits till Monday. That's for trying to pull a fast one on Davis and I." Jake said as he dressed with one hand. He had learned how to as a young man. An odd skill to learn but a valuable one.

"Davis I owe you big time. Your gifts of info gathering are truly amazing." Doyle said blocking Tony's view of Davis as she dressed.

They walked him to his other office where he opened a large safe under his desk and pulled out a few stacks of money. Doyle looked at him with skepticism. "That's it man I swear! It's been a slow fucking few months." Tony said in response.

"I better not find out different. And remember, double for three fucking months. Then maybe, just maybe we can start to build my trust again." Doyle took most of the money leaving only one stack. "Also if I find out you tipped anyone off, you will find your self with out anything!"

Tony nodded, he believed Doyle's threats. He returned the last of the money and sat back. Doyle handed the small box with their side arms in it to Davis. Then they left the same way the came in. once in the car Doyle drove off. "Sorry about the shitty massage! Let's start fresh in the morning. We now know that Jimmy is involved and the bitch is probably his mule or using her house as a safe house till he can move them. Great work tonight." Doyle said driving her back to her car.

"This is yours!" Doyle said putting half the cash into her lap! He was smiling at her. "I like the way you handle yourself Davis!" He told her at her car.

KC

Tony suddenly went from looking at them like he was a top dog to sweating as he stared down the barrel of Doyle's gun. As the two masseuse high tailed it out of the room, Tony stammered and stuttered as he admitted the truth of his actual knowledge.

Once Doyle told Tony the penalty for his dishonesty, the scummy man paled. Jake hit him exactly where it would hurt him most - in his moneybags.

Doyle quickly got dressed and she took it as her cue to get up and get dressed and it wasn't until halfway dressed that she noticed that he was blocking Tony's view of her naked body.

Back on the office, she watched as Tony pulled out the money and she watched as Doyle took a large portion of the money. Then they left, with her carrying the box that held their guns and holsters. As they left through the hall filled with sounds of sex, she resisted the urge to yell out "RAID" and see how many people came running out.

As they drove off, Doyle spoke.

Sorry about the shitty massage! Let's start fresh in the morning. We now know that Jimmy is involved and the bitch is probably his mule or using her house as a safe house till he can move them. Great work tonight.

They pulled up alongside her car as he dropped a bundle of cash in her lap. She picked it up and hefted its weight.

This is yours! I like the way you handle yourself Davis!

She smiled. "You keep this up, Doyle , and I'm gonna have to start carrying a bigger purse." She tucked the money in her jacket pocket. "If you want, I'll set it up for us to look over that house where the other home invasion took place. I know that the cop on it will let us, I just gotta make the call in the morning. Night, partner."

She got out and headed over to her car. The poor vehicle was covered in dents and dings even though it was only a couple of years old.

Back home, she stripped and took a shower before climbing naked between the sheets. Naked on her first day with her new partner. She wondered how to top that! She was appreciative that he gave her kudos for her intelligence. Nice to be given credit for having a brain.

When she took the money he knew she was in. When she made a joke about her purse, Doyle she was going to be a member of the circle very shortly. He waited for her to drive off then he headed home. He walked in, Rachel was sitting in bed reading. "At Tony's? I can smell the oil!" She said not looking up from her book.

Doyle walked to his dresser and took out a lock box for his gun and secured it with in. Then he went to a safe hidden in his closet. He opened it and put the money inside. "Ya but it was Work." He said. She looked at him with unbelieving eyes. He was in no mood.

"How is she?"

"Her name is Kirsten Davis and actually she is an excellent detective." Doyle said not wanting to have this conversation just now. He went and showered then with out talking to her any further went to sleep.

The next day Doyle got ready and headed out a lot earlier then usual. He wanted to get a good start on the day, he also wanted to be around Davis. Only one day and she showed more promise and grit then every one of his last partners. She had also shed a lot of light on the case that he would not got to in many more weeks if at all. He parked and went to his desk. She was already there. The captain called him into his office, Doyle looked at Davis whose back was to him due to the position of her chair. Then he went in.

"Well how did she do? I'm guessing good, seeing you didn't shoot anyone!" Captain rice said with a grin. "We all know that you hate partners, you have also garnered no love from any of them but the case load is only getting bigger and she, from what I've read about her knows her shit, better then most so..." The captain was saying like he needed to build her up to Doyle. Doyle interrupted.

"Capt, we got on fine, an it seems we will make a good team. So can I get back to work!" At these foreign words, the captain blinked. Then pointed to the door.

"I don't know who you are but please have at at!" He said with a smile.

Doyle went to his desk. "Morning Davis. Hope the rest of your night was good. Where do we stand on getting into that house? Have you talked to your cop friend?" Doyle asked. Just seeing her face seemed to make coming in that day so much better.

Next morning, she was up and on the phone to Glen. He told her that they could get in pretty much any time as long as they had 30 minute heads up. She made it for 9:30.

Scraping off her burnt toast, she ate quick and headed into work, managing to knock over a sign in the parking lot of her apartment. "Shit!" She muttered under her breath.

At work, someone had placed on her desk the file that Glen had sent over about the home invasion in the 36 area. She read and made notes. The general info was the same, like what someone might read in the papers. But no mention of notches. But then again, they weren't looking for notches.

She had dressed in a navy suit with red blouse. She had opted for red bra and thong and once again that same purse in navy. Most redheads stayed away from red clothes. Not her. It depended upon the shade of red.

She was suddenly aware when Jake entered, but she continued with her work as if he were not there while he talked to Captain Rice. When he got to his desk, he spoke to her.

Morning Davis. Hope the rest of your night was good. Where do we stand on getting into that house? Have you talked to your cop friend?

"Yeah, set it up for 9:30. My old partner Glen, will be there. He's afraid that we'll solve his case for him." She handed him a slip of paper where she had written an address on it. "This is where we're going. I've got the file if you want to read it. The similarities are coincidental at best but we should double check."

She looked at him with a raised eyebrow. " I called the hospital and they say that they will probably release Mrs. Martens sometime today."

She worked hard to keep everything professional here in the office in front of everyone. If she didn't, she would be obvious in her personal attention to him. She wondered just how strong his marriage was. Maybe he wasn't that committed to it. She had actually looked forward to coming to work this morning.

Doyle listened to her talk about her old partner. He was glad that she was still on good terms with him and was able to utilize him for their gain.

"Is Glen an idiot who can't solve cases?" Doyle joked.

Then she talked about Mrs Martens. Gritting his teeth he swore. "Shit, I would have liked her in the hospital a day more. Though this might be a blessing. If you are right and Mr Martens was supposed to die in that beating, then that means his life could still be in danger, and if Jimmy is responsible then he's just arrogant enough to think he could get away with it! Let's get a squad car to their place to sit on it. Tell them that it's for their safety. That should protect Mr Martens and maybe perhaps force Mrs. into doing something stupid." Doyle out lined his plan. Then in very un-Doyle like fashion he asked Davis her opinion.
"That sound like a plan?" He looked up at her from his notes. "God she's going to be hard to be around well sex is off the table!" He thought to himself.

"Oh ya one last thing, I've heard awful things about banking these days. I would avoid investing in them!" He mentioned to her, then hoped she picked up that any and all monies they got were not to be put in a bank. He wished he had left it alone but this was important and it was also an odd way to keep a conversation going.

He got up and pulled his jacket off his chair when Det, Gabby came over. "Davis morning, asshole!" Gabby said in a friendly tone to Davis then shot Doyle a dirty look. "I hear from a friend that you were talking to Jimmy!" He said to them. "He owns Creative Flooring!" He added, seeing blank looks on their faces

Doyle cocked an eyebrow, he looked at Davis then back to Gabby. "And?"

Gabby leaned on a near my load bearing pole. "And he's not only a good friend of mine but a pillar in the community!" Doyle didn't say anything at first, he just smiled.

"Hear that Davis Jimmy is a pillar! Well we will keep that in mind! Say did he come and lay wood at your place! Does he lay good wood?" Doyle said with a menacing grin and a crude hand gesture.

"Fuck you Doyle. And if you're with him on this Davis then fuck you too!" He shot and walked away.

"Well that was nice of him. Well partner shall we go solve crimes or get kinky?" Doyle said half serious though he was smiling. He did want her so badly!

"Yep."

Oh ya one last thing, I've heard awful things about banking these days. I would avoid investing in them!

Before she had a chance to answer, Det. Gabby walked over and greeted her.

Davis morning, asshole!

She just nodded. Then the man lit into her partner.

I hear from a friend that you were talking to Jimmy! He owns Creative Flooring!

She kept her face neutral. She had learned from the time on the force to not admit or deny anything until the facts were known. Her partner shot back. And?

And he's not only a good friend of mine but a pillar in the community!

Hear that Davis Jimmy is a pillar! Well we will keep that in mind! Say did he come and lay wood at your place! Does he lay good wood?

She had to fight to keep from bursting out laughing. This Jimmy was pulling out all the stops to get them off his back.

Fuck you Doyle. And if you're with him on this Davis then fuck you too!

After Gabby stomped away, she looked at Doyle as she picked up the phone. "Hear that, Doyle? Only my second day and I'm already getting fucked." The look he gave her was priceless.

She ordered the black and white sent to the Marten's house. They were to let the Marten's know that they were there in case the criminal returned to finish the job. As she hung up, Doyle stood and grabbed his jacket.

Well that was nice of him. Well partner shall we go solve crimes or get kinky?

"Haven't you heard? We women know how to multitask."

She gave him a glance before grabbing her jacket and purse and heading out with Doyle. They didn't say anything until they got in the car.

"Well, that was interesting. I think that we scared poor Jimmy. I didn't think that we were mean to him. Did you?"

When they got to the car, Davis brought up Jimmy. "Hell no! I think we were down right friendly haha! And I am not sure how it was at your old haunt but here it's a bit of code that when a det says someone is their friend. That can often mean they are paying them money to keep the police off their backs! So Yes I think we did scare him. Fucking ass wipe. And of all the detectives to choose for back up! Fucking Gabby! That jerk off is about as useful ass a limp dick in a whore house.

He got in and headed for his morning coffee, he paid this day getting Davis what she wanted. Then they were off to the location of the first attack. "Well seeing this is your lead I will let you do all the talking. I would... And this is only a suggestion!" Doyle said making it clear that he wasn't telling her what to do! "I would keep Glen on a limited need to know bases, I don't trust many people and with what Gabby said, this Jimmy has at least a little reach with his money. I really don't want him getting tipped off on more then we can spare." He parked the car and got out, coffee in hand. The house was nice, similar to the second though not in quiet the same level of pompousness as the Martens place! They walked up Davis leading, Doyle just looked at her shapely ass move.

She shook her head and watched the landscape change from new surroundings to buildings that she started to recognize from her days at the 36. She took a swig from her water bottle as he spoke.

She gave a chuckle. "Agreed. But just so you know. Glen is a 'good' cop. He wouldn't know a bribe if it came up and bit him on the ass."

They got out at the house. Glen stood on the front porch waiting for them.

"Davis. Right on time." He turned to Doyle to shake his hand while she did the introductions.

"Glen, this is my new partner, Jake Doyle. Doyle, this is Glen Boston."

"You thinking that it might be the same gang?"

"Could be. We wanted to see if that was a possibility. The Vreelands aren't here right now, are they?"

"Nope. Cleared them out for you right now. They are talking about moving away. They were upstairs asleep. Awakened and dragged downstairs where the husband was beat up bad and forced to watch them rape his wife. Mrs. Vreeland is afraid to stay home alone so Mr. Vreeland changed jobs so he can work from home.

She stopped him when he took a breath. "Thanks Glen. We'll be out in a few minutes. Let us just check some things." Glen held up his hands and backed off, sitting in a chair on the front porch.

She opened the front door and stepped into the foyer, followed by Doyle. Everything was quiet save the ticking of the mantle clock.

"Strange, there was no clock sounds at our house." The house that they were looking at now had been cleaned up. But she had the copy of the file with the photos taken right after the incident. She did a preliminary sweep before heading upstairs. She kept the hall dark as she came to the first doorway. Felt all around. No notches. Next doorway. Same thing. By the time she reached the master bedroom at the end of the hall, she knew what she would find.

As she finished, she turned and looked at Doyle, shaking her head.
She mouthed the words to him.

COPYCAT

Doyle didn't say a word as Davis interacted with Glen. She introduced him and he shook Glens hand but stayed quiet. She was aloof as to what they were looking for, which he liked then Glen talked about the family. This did seem different as Mrs Martens didn't seem shaken at all and was looking forward to going home.

They moved upstairs and Davis did a little snooping around. Then after a few minutes she mouthed. "Copycat." Doyle nodded. They had been right on that. So this meant that there were two crimes. He motioned for her to continue. Choosing to hold his thoughts till they were sure no one would over hear.

Doyle was no longer interested in the home invasion and would be talking to Davis about it. His thoughts were to stay on the Copycat. He also wanted to pin Jimmy and anyone who helped him to a wall.

They finished in the house. Davis conversed with Glen a little more. He wondered if they had a thing going on in the 36, though he thought her talents were wasted there. The real meat of it was at his station. She would certainly do better investigating the worst the city had to offer up. He thanked Glen himself, though Davis trusted him, the pure fact that he didn't take bribes made him not trust Glen. But he would not fault the man and Davis obviously thought highly of him and his ability. When they made it back to the car. Doyle started to unload his thoughts on her.

"Well we now know it's a copycat!" Doyle started. "I think we would be better off following the Jimmy lead and once it's safe to let it be known that their is a copy cat to hand over the home invasion case to another. Maybe leave it with Glen!" He finished. "Were you two lovers?" Doyle asked not bothering to dance around the question. Her answer if it were yes would actually make him very happy, this would mean she fucked around with co-workers. If no. Then no harm done and he would try and tap that ass anyway!

Once they were sure that they were looking at two different crimes, they finished up and headed out of the house. Everything was congenial and soon they were in the car heading back. They seemed to be on the same page. Then Doyle came right out and asked her, Were you two lovers?

She looked at him, a bit surprised at his bluntness. She gave a laugh. "Are you kidding? That guy is so uptight that his butt cheeks squeak when he walks. Glen doesn't do anything "wrong". He is very married and would never cheat on his wife. He's a good cop, but boring as hell." She looked over at him. "Why do you ask?" Did he think that she would rat him out, or was there another reason? He had already seen her naked. She could tell by the way his cock had started to rise before he had lain face down on the table that he had liked what he had seen.

She waited for his answer. This should be interesting. Was he checking in general, or was he interested in her for himself? Could it be the latter? One could always hope.

Davis put any and all notion Doyle might have about her and her old partner to rest and fast. She basically said Glen was incapable of cheating or doing anything wrong for that matter. She used the marriage excuse but Doyle was not a believer in the sanctity of marriage. And viewed people that used that as an excuse not to fuck around as close minded.

"Well I just thought I would ask, nothing to it, I wouldn't have judged if you had. I just know that male and female partners do sometimes start to fuck around. They see each other more then their spouses and in many ways know them better too. Marriage is a tax right off! Nothing more. At least that's the way I see it! And let's not kid our selves you are very, very good looking! You are smart and seem to know how the world works. That Glen back there. Good cop? You say he is so ya! Good person? Probably! Would I trust him to do what was needed to make sure he and his partner got home at the end of a shift? I doubt it!" Doyle explained. Then he smiled. "You can honestly say you've never thought of doing anything with a partner?" He asked. Normally he would not be talking like this with any partner. But she was in his eyes worthy of his complete honesty and if they were going to keep working together it would be better to know where each stood! He had no problem fucking around with a fellow cop and had done so in the past with a few of the cops in the station. Nothing ever came of it and in his mind they were both better off after getting it out of the way.

These thoughts were of course having an affect on his junk and he was forced to adjust.

Next they needed to plan on how to get Jimmy and his partners. Then it hit him a stake out, they had a cop watching the house but at least a few of the drugs had already been moved. They must need to be cut. But where? Jimmy's store? HE doubted it. But if they tailed Jimmy perhaps they could catch him going to the place. Or doing something wrong anyway. It was worth a try!

He mentioned it all to Davis. The tail, stake out, just a little round the clock info gathering so to speak! "Well we might as well eat and hash this out. Any choices?" Doyle asked.

She gave a sly smile, chuckling at his words.

"Well, thanks. And I have to say that I really liked what I saw yesterday. But Doyle, I didn't say that I had never slept with a partner. I just said that I had never slept with Glen." She waited to see if he got her meaning.

Her mind wandered. Back when she had been a beat cop, her partner had been a guy named Roger Clark. The man was built like a rock. And he had been hot in bed. They had practically ripped each other's clothes off the first time. Damn, the man could fuck. She almost couldn't walk the next day. His wife was a tiny thing and he always felt that he had to treat her like fine china in bed. But Kirsten? He and Kirsten would occasionally pull all nighters. Eventually it played out and they each wound up at different precincts.

"A stake out? Makes sense. You know that I'm up for it. I want to get the bastard."

Well we might as well eat and hash this out. Any choices?

"How about Mexican food? I love things hot and spicy." She glanced over at him with a smile.

He gave her a sly smile. "So you have done the nasty with a partner. Well good for you! It's important to... Well have a little fun! I didn't think Glen was your type really. I think you belong with a take charge guy or at least one that isn't scared of living on the wild side!" He said

She agreed to the stake out that was good, not only for nailing Jimmy but to possibly find out if she was as wild as he hoped she was. He pulled up to a nice Mexican place. She had said she liked it spicy and he aimed to show her that he could be all the spice she might want. He ordered a tamale dish and a beer.

"So here's how I see it. You're right about Jimmy and Mrs Marten's I think. They've already moved some of the product out of the house. The marked car should keep them from trying to move more. Mr Martens should be safe. I think the money is on Jimmy we stick to him! Though I think that bitch is probably brazen enough to meet him somewhere other then the house. I would love to catch them in the act. We will get Rachel's Jeep it's inconspicuous and blends in. There's also a lot of room in it... For if we need more space to... Well there's lots of room." Doyle said a little to quickly, he cursed himself for maybe going a little to quick on this one. "Anyway Rae won't care, it's Tuesday and she stays home with a few of her co-workers. god knows what they do all night but I am normally asked to leave for the night. Those in the past were nights I would go to Tony's." He admitted, he wasn't sure why he was being so forthcoming, he guessed it was to reaffirm that he didn't worry about what Rae thought and that Davis shouldn't worry about his wife either.

"Well, you point me towards him and..." She didn't finish it. Let him figure it out himself.

The Mexican food restaurant smelled great. She asked if they had any salsa hotter than the one that they placed on the table with the chips. She ordered a cheese enchilada and a chili rellenos, no beans and all rice. And water.

So here's how I see it. You're right about Jimmy and Mrs Marten's I think. They've already moved some of the product out of the house. The marked car should keep them from trying to move more. She raised an eyebrow as a smile played around her lips. The man was hot for her. Just as hot as she was for him. And from what he said next, the wife wouldn't be a problem. Not that she would go talk to the woman.

The food came and she dug in. She loved the taste of it.

"Hey, this is not bad at all. We need to come back here again." She took another bite. "Whatever you want to do is fine with me." After she said it she realized how it sounded. It was true, but she didn't need to sound like a whore. "With the stakeout, I mean. That Jimmy must have another place where he prepares it for distribution."

She was getting a bit warm and it wasn't from the food. The man was turning her on and she was glad to see that he seemed to be able to hold his spicy food.

They talked shop for the duration of the lunch, Doyle stealing glances when ever he could. After he put a fifty on the table and they left. They needed to get Capt Rice up to speed. The capt liked what he heard but kept looking from one to the other. He knew that there was more to it, he wasn't sure he liked it but said nothing. He agreed to the stake out on two conditions. One that they make regular check ins to dispatch and two they let another team know what was going on and use them as back up! His reasoning was that if Jimmy was indeed the man they thought, that made him dangerous. He didn't want Doyle and Davis with out back up.

"Fine. but I will only be talking to Marnie on dispatch. I trust her and she knows how I operate. Second I will only use Kurt and Vick and Gladys is not to know what's so ever that we are staking out Jimmy!" Doyle finished.

"Ya ya ya. I know you and your little club with those guys. But I am the fucking captain and I decide what's what. I will grant you two what you ask this time but I am not fucking kidding when I say I want to be kept informed. Marnie will be your contact and Vick, Kurt your back up! Det Gabriele Winters will not be informed of anything. Fuck Doyle why do you have to call him that! You know it makes for a hostile office! He consented to being called Gabby but you still... You know what never mind. Davis I sure hope you aren't going to turn out like him!" The captain said then motioned for them to leave.

"Well that worked out. Though I would still prefer not having to call in. To many eyes and ears around here. I will talk to Marnie have her write down phantom check ins for us! She and I... Well she'll do it for us! Let's go to supply pick up night vision equipment and long distance listening equipment. That will make it so we can keep our distance and still know what's going on." He said leading Davis out.

After the car was loaded he called Vick and Kurt, told them that they would be needed for back up. "Well let's get started now I guess. We will go to my place and get the jeep, load and we should make it to Jimmy's work before he leaves."

Doyle was like a teenager going to prom. He was almost giddy. When they got to his place there was a charcoal grey Jeep Grand Cherokee in the drive way. It was a small house on what looked like a quiet street, all the yards well cared for and most of the cars in good repair, very middle class. He pulled another set of keys out of his pocket and unlocked it. "Can you load the backseat with the gear. I want to change into something a little more comfortable. Then if you need to we will go get you sorted out!" He said with a smile. He also pulled out his brass knuckles and his throw away side arm from the glove compartment. He walked up to the Jeep and threw his wallet, phone and the other things on the drivers seat then went in.

After only a few minutes Doyle walked out in baggy cargo shorts and a tight t-shirt with the U of Kentucky logo on it. He was also carrying a shot gun and a zip up hoodie. A tall attractive woman in similar casual ware was behind him holding two cups of coffee and his glock in it's kydex holster. He secured the gun under the back seat in a compartment that looked custom built for it. Rachel handed him his coffee and pistol then walked up to Davis.

"Hello you must be Detective Davis. Rachel pleased to meet you! I have heard a lot about you!" Rachel said in a friendly tone. She put her hand out for Davis. She was pretty but did seem like a woman who partied a little hard in her youth. After he kissed her on the cheek and they left, no I love yous no passion really no caring!

"Well that's the wife!" Was all Doyle said about her. "Change?" He asked as the jeep sped out of the quaint suburb!

When they got back to the station, she let Doyle do the talking. She was still new kid on the block and not sure just how the Captain would take her. He kept looking funny at her, and she wasn't sure what the problem was. Maybe he didn't trust her. It was a possibility. He really didn't know much about her other than what was in her file. She wondered just what was in that file.

After laying down the law, he sent them out and she didn't have to be told twice. Something that the Captain had said turned over and over in her brain.

...you and your little club with those guys...you and your little club with those guys...you and your little club with those guys...

Was it real or just a figure of speech? She was curious but would wait to ask. There were other things more pressing right now.

After Doyle outlined how things would happen, they stocked up and headed for the car. She thought over what he had said. She got the feeling that he and Marnie had a history together. Not that it was any business of hers. But it was something to note.

She noted the neighborhood that Doyle lived in. Definitely middle class - a bit nicer than her apartment. At least it was a house. The Jeep was in the driveway and he unlocked it as he asked her to transfer the stuff from one car to the other. While she did so, he disappeared into the house. Several minutes later, he reappeared having changed into casual clothes and followed by an attractive woman with brown hair. The wife! Aha!

The woman handed off the cup and gun to Doyle before coming over to introduce herself.

Hello you must be Detective Davis. Rachel pleased to meet you! I have heard a lot about you!

She shook the woman's hand and smiled.

"Hello. I'm Kirsten Davis, but everyone just calls me Davis. Nice to meet you."

The woman seemed nice enough and she didn't seem upset that her husband was leaving with his partner to do a stake out. Oh well, it takes all kinds. He gave his wife a perfunctory kiss before climbing in the car. A marriage of convenience? None of her business.

Well that's the wife! Change?

She didn't comment on what she had just seen. Instead, she gave him the address to her apartment. "Yeah, I can be ready in just a couple of minutes. You have a nice looking house. Some day, I'd like to live in a house. My apartment is not the nicest part of town. If you want to park at the curb, I'll just run upstairs."

He parked where she showed him and jumped out of the Jeep to head upstairs. It seemed weird being home at this time of day. To save time, she decided to just keep on the red bra and thong that she had worn to work. It would be okay with what she changed into. She snagged a fitted tee that was covered with what looked like various splashes of bright paint on a black shirt and pulled on a pair of jean shorts, the fitted blue denim hugging her ass. She slipped on some well worn tennis shoes and grabbed a much larger bag than her everyday purse, filling it with her gun, her throw away, a couple of bottles of water, several apples, a small bag of cashews. As she was heading out the door, she grabbed a man's chamois shirt.

She headed downstairs and climbed into the jeep. "Hope that I didn't keep you waiting too long."

As he drove Davis commented on his house. "I like the area, people mind their own business, house is all Rae and I need, having no kids we don't need much space. so ya I like it. I would suggest owning. But you are young and single so no mad rush." He parked and while waiting he pulled a bag of M&M's out of his large cargo pocket and pulled a coke from a small cooler he kept in the back. She came down pretty quick and they were off.

"Hope that I didn't keep you waiting too long." Davis asked. Doyle shook his head.

"Naw we still have an hour before he leaves. I called Vick, asked him to call and ask for Jimmy. Jimmy was there so we should still catch him." Doyle sped to the flooring store. They parked down the ally, but could still see Jimmy's Audi. "If he is a normal business man he should be leaving by four four-thirty. It's quarter to four now. so shouldn't be to long." Doyle said as he got comfortable and looked on. "So I was thinking a little bit while you were changing. You live closer to the 75 station, then you do the 36. It's a tougher prescient why not work there. Better suited for a tough chick like you! The 36 is for meter maids and shit. Now I'm not saying I unhappy that you are with me now but your career should have started in better station. So I guess my question is. Who did you piss off to get the placement you did?" He asked. He had heard about good detectives getting shit stations due to pissing off the wrong people, he already saw that Davis wasn't afraid to speak her mind.

At four-thirty Jimmy walked out, phone in hand, he walked and talked to his car and peeled out way faster then he should have. Doyle using skill kept up with him with out letting the man know Doyle was there. He really wanted to keep his cover from being blown early on.

They went into airport district where Jimmy parked infront of a large strip mall, he entered a nondescript office. When the door opened they saw standing inside Mrs Martens and the small Italian.they saw in Jimmy's office as well as four or five others. "Well, well, well. Will you look at that. That slippery minx!" Doyle said a little pissed off but also very happy that they were right about her. "Great call on Martens there Davis. I think you deserve a reward!" Doyle said putting his hand on her thigh. He looked into her eyes, a smile ear to ear. Doyle was happy that her intuition was spot on with this one. This would prove to the captain that they should be left alone to do their job!

KC

They parked down a ways from the floor company, trying to look inconspicuous. The Jeep helped. So did the way that they were dressed. Like a couple pulled over to talk. No one that you would look at twice. As they waited, Doyle began to question her.

So I was thinking a little bit while you were changing. You live closer to the 75 station, then you do the 36. It's a tougher prescient why not work there. Better suited for a tough chick like you! The 36 is for meter maids and shit. Now I'm not saying I unhappy that you are with me now but your career should have started in better station. So I guess my question is. Who did you piss off to get the placement you did?

She gave a sharp laugh. "I guess you could call it that. Remember that big stink a couple of years ago with the Commissioner's kid? Killed a little old lady when he hit her with his car? I solved that one. I was "told" to write it up as the old lady ran out in front of the kid and he couldn't avoid it. I refused and wrote it up as it really happened - kid was drunk and mowed down the old lady, and he jumped a curb to do it. My report was trashed and I was kicked to the curb instead. And just so you know, Captain Rice must have done something to piss somebody off, cause that's why I'm here. He was bad and I'm the punishment - he's saddled with me. But he did not want me. They'd like to fire me, but I get results. So, my question to you is, who did you piss off Doyle?"

She smiled at him.

Jimmy came out and got in his car, talking on his phone the whole time. She helped keep an eye on where Jimmy was going.

"Good thing that you're driving. I would have taken out a couple of cars, a traffic light, and that dumpster there."

Soon he parked at a strip mall and headed in an unmarked office. Through the open door, they could see Mrs. Martens and several others.

[i[Well, well, well. Will you look at that. That slippery minx! Great call on Martens there Davis. I think you deserve a reward!

His hand went to her thigh, resting it just below the cuff of her shorts so that he was on bare skin. It was warm and she knew that suddenly her nipples were hard and their outline visible through the bra and tee.

She looked down at his hand and when she glanced up into his grinning face, her left eyebrow was raised in question as a slight smile played around her lips.

"Just what did you have in mind?"

When Davis asked what he had in mind, Doyle's mind exploded with idea's and thoughts. She was giving him a frisky smile, she didn't mind his hand or innuendo. He didn't think she would but you just never knew.

"Well I am nothing if not a man with idea's. How long do scumbag drug dealer meetings take do you think?" He asked but wasn't really concerned with the answer. This was the last thing either one should have had on their minds but they were only human and he wasn't one to turn down an opportunity. He moved his hand up her leg a little more feeling the warmth coming from her. He leaned over and put his hand behind her head, pulling her towards him. He had thought of kissing her pretty much from the second she spoke and didn't come off as an idiot. He twisted sideways to meet her lips. While he moved on her lips his hand moved steadily closer to her sex. He could see her hard nipples and sense the excitement in her quickening breath.

This was different from times with women who are nervous. Davis wasn't nervous she was anticipating what was going to happen, he knew her mind was going with kinky thoughts as much as he was. Though the case was of paramount importance there was it seemed an agenda on their mind that didn't play wholly into what they had planned for each other.

"I have a pretty talented tongue so I think your reward will be enjoyed by all parties here." Doyle said just before their lips met.

KC

As he pointed out the question of just how long did they have, his hand began to wander slowly up her leg, with apparently a definite destination in mind. She merely waited, just to see what he had in mind. She did so like a take charge man, and Doyle seemed to be just that kind of guy.

He leaned over and slipped his hand behind her head, pulling her closer to him until their lips met. She could feel his hand continue up her leg and she had to admit that she was pretty turned on by her partner. And she had lots of ideas as to just what they could do too. If only they had the time...

I have a pretty talented tongue so I think your reward will be enjoyed by all parties here.

"Well then, I look forward to my reward." She said softly as she smiled.

He kissed her again. She opened her mouth to coax him to play.
