Agree ...but would love to try 'black-out' contact lenses on a sub as an alternative to a blindfold! Seeing the eyes can convey an awful lot of expression!

Yes you can!
You can get ones that just cover the iris, with different coloured irises but the pupils are blacked out! As you say more subtle (...and probably more comfortable!) than the full covered ones - but these would be quite dramatic in the privacy of your own home or at a fetish club!

But taking your sub out in public wearing the subtle ones would be interesting!
