Constitutional Crisis?

Trump is prevailing over all of the judges that are issuing unconstitutional TRO's. So exactly WHERE IS this "Constitutional Crisis?"

If you haven't guessed it's with the activist judges that need to be removed from the bench.

From this lot, it's more Situational Hysteria.

There’s no constitutional crisis. Trump is likely to lose on the birthright citizenship issue but he’s going to test it in the courts. The executive branch will prevail in most other challenges to his EOs.
I politely disagree. I believe there is a very valid case to be made. If SCOTUS reviews the intent, actions and legal briefs prior to the Civil Rights Act of 1866 the thrust of the civil rights act was to establish equal protection under the law and to extend those protections to black slaves in country and those of whom were born of black slaves. Those protections were not intended to extend to e.g. illegal Chinese in modern day 2025. imho

It can go either way. However congress can deal with it simply by defining "jurisdiction" with regard to foreign nationals.

Got it. The executive branch disagrees with the orders but is in compliance with them. Presidents often express disagreement with court rulings. Quite a stretch to call that a “constitutional crisis.”
Further more, special government employee have been used by previous administrations. I believe there's a 130 day period as well. Musk and his critters are not an agency that is regulated by congress but operate at the pleasure of the president for the first 130 days. If everything in the minds of the left are constitutional crisis then nothing is a crisis. imho

The fact that the democrats are running out to the press and lying through their teeth as to what Musk is doing isn't helping their cause at all. They can't get away with it anymore.

Congressional critters are a bunch of cowards, hypocrites and self indulging miscreants. Their war is against each other's party and could give two shits about the American people. They have a unique opportunity right not to show some courage, let's see if they can untangle themselves from excessive self interest, party loyalty and accomplish what their constituents voted them into office to do.

I agree! congress could fix this but I doubt it. When congress consistently votes along party line nothing will get done. The left is infected with TDS on an astronomical scale.

Agreed, although Trump seems to be able to exercise a remarkable amount of control over the Republican caucus.........so far.

They could get it through the house. The senate would be the stumbling block unless they can roll it in with a reconciliation package.

The problem is the senate, and until they can reach 60 votes on anything nothing can go forward without the use of the nuclear option. Both parties hate each other and hate Trump even more!!

I don't believe the pub house majority understands the term synergy!

I don't think that Trump cares very much if they like him as long as they fear him. Trump et al have made no bones about the fact that they intend to go after anyone in congress that wants to play 'fuck around' with primary challenges. As far as I can tell Elon is on board and he certainly has the cash.

^^^An ammosexual calls for the shooting death of judges who challenge the legality of Trump's Executive Orders.

Other Lit ammosexuals give him the thumbs-up.
You should really lay off the hallucinogenics.

The Constitution is something the left has never understood.

Don't you have the same system in Canada?
A Provincial judge cannot place an injunction on a Federal law, unless the Federal law pertains to a Provincial area of Jurisdiction. However Federal Judges can place injunctions on both Provincial and Federal laws.
