Ict- I have similar curiosities. I lost count of the guys I've talked to over the years who I've told I only want friendship with, and they take on the " I can turn her, she just hasn't met me yet " attitude . Then get mad after trying adhd find out I'm not changing my mind. It gets old. :rolleyes:
 
ICT I sometimes enjoy being pursued by men relentlessly. It all depends on the guy and the timing.
 
ICT sometimes our relentless pursuing can be a masculinity validation mechanism. If we can't win them over then are we really men? It's not true but I confess media says as men we aught to be buff, handsom and have the ability to get woman to bed in order to validate that we're man material...

Maybe I'm just weird (for a guy), but ICT I like having women in my life with whom I am just friends. I may think they're attractive, but that doesn't automatically mean I'm interested in a sexual and/or romantic relationship with them.

ICT- I don't think this is weird. My best friend is a guy, and while I admit there is some sexualness in our relationship, it's not in the sense of actual sex. He's the one who has helped me pick out the good and bad of any picture I've ever posted on here, I can talk to him about anything. But we know that there is a line we don't want to cross or we lose that friendship. I know that men and women as friends is totally possible. It's just hard to convince my kids of this, when it seems rarer and rarer. It makes me sad. I just need more gay friends I think. ;)

IMCT I consumed three beers last evening. Four of us finished off a twelve pack.
