ICT I should have been in bed hours ago and tomorrow is going to be rough because of my night owl ways.

ICT I still don't understand how a woman* can engage wholeheartedly in an emotional affair and then acted shocked, shocked!, when she realizes the guy has very deep feelings for her and is ready to take it to the next level. We're in our 30's; this isn't high school--where did you think this was going?! Fine, we're married, to other people, but life is complicated, sorry you didn't get the email. Why is it ok to take but not give in return? Then you act all hurt when I can't "be friends" any more because it's just not healthy if you're not in it for keeps. Damn.

*Of course this isn't limited to women. Men are just as guilty, but I've never fallen in love with a man.
