Confess, Tell Us All

Maybe it's just a Texas thing. I've never even seen that.

I love it when you curse about fucking Christmas decorations, Madam Scrooge.

;)

On cars? I've never seen a wreath on a car.

I do put one on my front door though.

Geez.. wreaths on cars are so 90's.

I decorate my car with thousands of small white bulbs. It's pretty and it matches my house. :D

I'm joking ofcourse. I don't decorate my car for holidays.

Maybe they're just trying to cover up the Dallas Cowboy logos that normally decorate their cars.

Do you hang a Christmas wreath on the front of your car during the holiday season?

This is the one area where I'm just Scrooge.

I do not feel the need to see big red fucking bows and greenery hanging from Beamers as they drive down the highway going 90.

Call me insane, the cuteness just doesn't work for me.

Umm..no. ;)

No, I don't decorate my car. In fact, when I see decorated cars, it's very difficult for me to resist grabbing the shotgun out of the back window of the pick up and putting the offenders out of my misery.

*disclaimer: Only part of the above post is true. I know that it's not funny to joke about killing people.*

I do hang a wreath on the gate of the picket fence out front, and on the front door. I decorate my house even more extensively for xmas than I do halloween.

My hubby puts a wreath on the grill of his car (1987 Jeep Wagoneer...picece of shit, money sucking, grrrrrr....). The only reason he does it is because it gives him an excuse to mess with wires and add even more lights to the damn thing! At least the Christmas lights on it are a nice break from all the neon!

i think lisa would be posting me a horses head if i put anything on her car :)

i agree though people can go a bit over the top with decorations

lavender you do seem in fine christmas cheer on this early november day getting excited early this year ? :)

Yes, people put wreaths on their car.

It's not just a Texas thing, but it's done a helluva lot in Texas.

I can understand it being done in Texas, because they can just hang them off the steer horns.

I think it must be a redneck thing, yes?

Beamer/Bimmer

Call me insane

You're insane.

This is a Beamer, made by Norco. You possibly have one on your bicycle, hence the confusion:

This is a "Bimmer", slang for a BMW. I expect your bosses will be driving them, so you should learn the jargon. I recommend the M5 for chasing ambulances.

You'll see lots of wreaths on Jaguars out here in Vegas.

i tied one to the grill of my old pick up once but it blocked the air flow and overheated it. so i fed it to the deer.

I first saw this phenomena in the Northeastern part of the US -- around the Great Lakes, to be exact. But those Yankees imported the custom down here to God's Country-- damn their eyes!

To answer the question: NO. I do not decorate my car.

Thank God!!!

I was really really scared to look at your answer.

I know! LMAO -- it's those 30-something boxes of decorations in the attic waiting to come down that got you worried, right????? RELAX. It's going to be all right. TRUST ME!

Last year I ran over a teddy bear a couple times, dunked it in red paint and then wired it to my grill on my truck.

What, and cut down on the coefficient of drag?

If anything gets wired to the grill, it will probably be the grill.
