Up until last month I was a virgin, waiting until I found someone that I really wanted to be with and cared about. After finding the person, and getting into the whole sex thing, I found that I really really hate condoms. Of course my first time was flawed by me not being able to keep it up at first, but problem solved with some coaxing, however the next few times, I have a hard time keeping it up once I have the condom on. I simply cant feel anything with it on. I can get her off two or three times through intercourse(not including oral/fingering) but have yet to get off through intercourse with the condom on. I'm using ultra thin. We had sex once without the condom, and it felt absolutely wonderfull and completely different, but I'd rather not try that again with as much stress as I put her through because she was three days late. What are my options? Although I am 19 and have quite a few years ahead of me, I'm fairly certain I dont want kids and was considering getting fixed, but am wondering if it is reversable, as well as a roundabout cost of the procedure? Any help is appreciated.

In most instances, vasectomies are reversible. I personally wouldn't do it, but that's just me. The cost I can't help you with.

Using ribbed condoms will probably fix the problem of her not getting off, however i dont have a clue about your problem, i have never had this problem myself. Sorry.
Getting fixed isnt the best option, especially at your age.
If you are serious about her why dont you both get tested for STDs, and when the test comes up clear she can go on the pill or have the injection, that way it isnt completely nesseccary to use condoms.

At 19 years of age I serioulsy doubt that you know whether you want to have children or not...ok you don't want them now but your priority's change as you age so there's a good chance that you want them nearing your thirties.

Getting a vasectomy reversed is not always successful, don't make a decision now that you may regret later on in life....besides even finding a doctor that is willing to perform this procedure on a healthy 19yr old may be a challenge within itself.

Shop around for different brands of condoms you may find one that still gives protection without you losing the sensitivity that you need. Failing that do as ilovewriting suggested, both get tested then try another form of birthcontrol....I've heard that there is a male pill either available or soon to be released if she doesn't want to take anything. But only do this if is a completely commited relationship.

Is there any reason why you feel it has to neccasary to orgasm in her? If not then why not have your intercourse with a condom remove the condom and ask her to masturbate to finish.

I've never tried it, but I have heard someone say put a drop of lube inside the condom where the head of your penis will be. This will allow some movement and friction. Don't use lot's, you don't want it comming off. If it works, let us know.

You might also look into condom alternatives. Birth control, female condoms, dyaphrams (sp?), and spermicide are all options as well.

When using condoms you must use some lubrication, both inside and outside, to prevent breakage.
Buy the lubricated variety so you don't need to buy extra lubricant.
If both of you have a lot of pre-sex leakage, extra lubrication may not be required, BUT this source of lubrication is often totaly inadiquate.

I have the same problem. I found that using the ribbed ultra thin spermicide lubed from trojan really helped out... Almost too well... lol... The ultra thin(spermicide lubed) from durex also helped... remember to leave some extra space at the tip...

if she was stressed about the two days late part, get her to take birth control... personally i feel rather insecure knowing that the guy has the SOLE responsibility of not getting me pregnant (ie condom) and enjoy knowing i have done something to protect myself... when you're willing to have sex, both of you need to take precautions and bear equal responsibility... good luck

Thanks for the tips everyone. THe ribbed condom isnt just for her pleasure. I think it might have just been stage fright though, I'm over it for the most part. I got her into anal and oral now, so thats a big plus as well.

Great idea...but some additional comments...

Both of you get tested for STD's ...HIV you can get done for free... others that are less symptomatic are clamydia and HPV...

Then put that girl on birth control...understanding that it is not 100% effective...and go to town
